Works great. I was looking for a cheap replacement and quickly found this one. My quickset 1 dollar yard sale find lasted 5 years. Long enough to know a couple days without one pulling out keys is not an option. This is a huge upgrade with the finger print scanner and app to add users. Auto lock timer is great also. I have it set for 5 minutes and can be adjusted lower or higher for your needs. The easy open handle is a nice addition also. Getting in the door with a touch of a finger and bump down on a handle is awesome when your hands are full.

This keyless door lock is easy to install, set up and program. It functions well and is a great value for the money. The fingerprint recognition works pretty well, the only thing is the finger has to be place correctly. I don't like the handles for a front door, that is the only reason for the four stars.

Awful, app sucks on my phone (iPhone 16) even pulling into my carport right next to it takes forever to open app and half time if not 3/4 times it doesn’t connect. So I have to get up to four and use my key or punch in a six digit code which my key is faster so I should have just left it the way it was now have to take off and buy a new lock and deadbolt again. Even programmed my fingerprint and it never works but one time lol. So frustrating thinking it would make things easier.

Easy to install. The app setup is a little difficult. The finger print function doesn’t seem to work very well. I’ve had to reprogram it 2 times. I gave up on the backdoor lock. I can just use the code.

It took me a while to get someone to install this but it is in now and i can say it is very cool and super well made! I love the fingerprint feature and the fact that you can use the key if you need to like on super cold days. We installed this in our garage entry to the house because we have a member of our family who will remain nameless who puts the car in the garage and then walks in the house, leaving the garage door open all night. Now we have not had anyone enter the house YET through there, but knowing there will be another few years of this, I want to be able to sleep at night without trecking across the house to check and this way it locks behind her and no one can get in.I think the only thing I want to say against this is that those door handles that they give you are SHARP and very uncomfortable to my hands and others in the house agreed. They are thin and very squared off and hard edged. We left the original handle on the door and just had the deadbolt part of the unit installed. Luckily the door knobs are just there to match the vibe and not an integral part and so the door has been locking fine without them. That said, the in app extras are a bummer, boy would i love to make the door automatically open but I will stick with the general keypad fingerprint and keys. At least I can lock it from my bedroom if she leave it open. 5 stars because it is great peace of mind for the price.

I ordered this smart door lock a couple days ago, as we're not yet even a full two weeks into school and yet I've already had to have 4 new house keys cut. At that rate, the entire neighbourhood is surely going to have a copy to my house per household.I must say, what I received was certainly not what I was expecting. I've seen many different smart locks at other peoples homes that just seemed completely plastic, cheap, and fairly easy to bypass! That is certainly not the case here.Instead, what I got was not only some amazing quality hardware that actually weighs quite a bit and is obviously not completely plastic. Everything from the door handles, to the keypad, the fingerprint scanner and even the interior unlock/lock buttons all free premium!I immediately got things setup, the door handles were installed in about 5 minutes. The keypad, however, due to my fault and my fault alone (seeing as I cannot find the one thing that matters in regards to installing this unit, which is the "control key" or "master key" to remove my existing deadbolt.Faced with the decision of either A. drilling out the cyclinder from existing deadbolt or B. placing the new keypad aside, allowing the kids (and myself admittedly, some time to adjust and get used to actually using it - which is now a new house rule for everyone until I can figure out a game plan.A couple things to note that I feel are very important, despite this being a "smart" door lock, it does not have access to anything other than bluetooth. It will not connect to your wifi network (which is a great thing) unless you were to order their add-on hardware that I'm assuming takes your bluetooth connection and adds it to your network via a hub. Mind you, I'd reconsider doing this considering this can potentially be a serious safety breach for you!Also, I noticed someone mention using the "SmartLife" app in another review. I had 0 luck with this app, but rather the app to download, that they reference in the instructions, is "Tuya".Finally, I must add - it was very much refreshing to receive a very nice product, packaged super well but most importantly - the smart door lock comes with some extrmeley detailed, to the point instructions that quite frankly, I wish were included with more of my purchases. It just makes like so much easier reading detailed steps in your own language. Let's not forget, the illiustrations are amazing and represent each step as it should, very clearly!I could go on for hours, but don't take my word for it! If you're looking for a well made, nice looking Smart Lock, look no further!

This lock comes with matching handle hardware for those that want to keep everything looking consistent on their door. If you like the feature set of this lock compared to their other offerings but don't plan on using them it's basically a forced bundle which increases the cost. The company offers another deadbolt lock (alone) that uses better materials for less money so the main reason to get this set if you don't plan on using the handles is if it is on a competitive sale or you prefer how it is laid out.I have this installed in a rental apartment. I feel indoor installation like this is the most appropriate use for this product. I would not be super confident installing it somewhere where it'd be directly subject to the rigors of a harsh Canadian winter. Of course if worse came to worse the key would serve to open the lock no matter what impact severe weather might have on the electronics here...but for my money I'd prefer something specifically rated for outdoor use.I had a great deal of difficulty getting the lock 'handedness' working correctly. I followed the instructions to a T and attempted the install 3 different times and still had issues. Locking and unlocking commands were doing the reverse of what they should which made the whole thing useless. I reached out for assistance and over 2 weeks elapsed with no reply so I had to figure it out myself. It turns out that if your door has any resistance when using a normal deadbolt that can cause the initial calibration this lock performs to get confused. Only when I reset the lock and had it perform its calibration steps when I had my door open (so the deadbolt opened into plain air) did it eventually get the handedness correct.I'm rating this lock set a 4 on the basis of all the parts being used and being installed indoors/otherwise shielded from harsh weather. It's a 3 otherwise.
