I'll address some of the complaints I see in the reviews:1) Yes, they take time to fully expand. They come vacuum sealed, and I was a little surprised just how small the box was. Given that, don't expect them to just **poof** out immediately. I didn't have to do anything special, but I did give them over 24 hours, and I flipped them over a couple times. The pictures show this in various stages during that time.2) No, they're not going to soundproof your room. Even if you manage to cover every inch of every wall, you're going to hear noise from outside the room. Outside the room, you're going to hear inside the room. It likely won't even be noticeably quieter. That's just not what these do. What these WILL do is cut down on the natural reverb in the room... and look kinda cool.3) No, these don't come with any means of hanging them. Yes, you'll have to figure that out for yourself. If you don't want to have the same problems someone had with adhesion, don't try doing it that way. I used map pins. The drawback is that they will leave holes in the walls, but they're much smaller holes than push pins, finishing nails, etc. In fact, they're so thin that they're a little hard to work with, but I think it came out well.4) If you're trying to make a tile pattern, they do seem to be a little off-square. However, I didn't think it was really that difficult to make it work. Foam stretches.All that said, I'm quite pleased with them.

This is exactly what my son wanted for his room. It's a Christmas gift, it was vacuumed sealed but after I opened it I set hem out overnight and they fluffed right up! Will upload a Pic if it gets me after we finish his room. Working perfectly and colors a beautiful No odors no issues. Fast shipping 5 stars. May buy more if needed.

Had issues with a few taking forever to inflate back to right size, color is a little lighter then seen on photos, I have a toddler and they are keeping the noise out decently even with half of the wall being fixed currently, worth the price for the amount you get.

Keep it black, maybe or don't buy.All the black pieces came out of the package 100% good condition in uniform. should have gone with 100% blackout.The blue pieces however were nowhere near the same expectation. some pieces too thin all around or a quarter of the piece was shaved. Making about 60% of the blues (in two 98 packs) not up to what I paid for.

Foam not as dense as expected.Not sure if we will keep them.

Don’t waste your time with the double sided tape, or anything else! Use a hot glue gun ! A small dot on schedule corner is all you need ! Not sure how much difference it will make on sound proofing, but it should deaden the room !

There pretty good some of them don't want to stay. Just make sure that's where you want them because there is no reusing them. Because they tear very easily. But other then that it's help with the neighbors complaining..

Why does adhesion get stars. There is no backing and the nothing sticks to them with out glue to help out.What do I write. Most of the tiles are good. A few are misshapen. Must have happened at factory when they produce them.Soundproofing might not be a good description for these. Or my grandkids are just too loud. I like the look. I have bought 3 packages of these and will buy 150 more.Do not have too high of an expectation from these

This is a very good product. I bought it to fully cover the walls and ceiling of my music room. Even though most reviews on YouTube show the 2" tiles, I chose this 1" because it's much cheaper and because I felt that 1" would do the job if I covered all the surfaces. It definitely does a satisfactory job and I think I made the right decision. I needed over 350 tiles to do an entire 10x10 room.All of the tiles were evenly cut. There was no real trouble puffing them out. I opened the tiles and let them expand overnight. I also laid them evenly out on the floor to expand correctly. The next morning I threw them in the drier on low heat for about 15 minutes to fully expand.I went with 1 14" T-Pins rather than adhesive for the backing. Minimum 4 pins per wall tile and 9 pins for ceiling tiles, so take that cost into account. I ended up paying almost $160 just on pins.As for a smell, I was concerned after reading some reviews. There's definitely a smell after unpacking but I stopped noticing it after airing out the room. If there's any changes I'll update.Hope this helps.

I had bought my first pack as a test to see how they worked out (and to see about the colour). I opened then and was nervous about them. But they puffed up right away and everything worked out perfect. Soooo I bought a second pack and am almost done my project. They are not SUPER soundproof, but they do definitely dampen echo.I built a soundproof room with many layers. But once I added these, they really killed the echo to were I am finally happy with my project room.I would recommend these, I just wouldnt buy them as a 100% guarantee to soundproofing. They are very nice style and they will help cut down echo in a room.

I used T pins to pin them to my walls, I water soaked and then dried a dozen of them and left a dozen to air fluff then used all the one that naturally fluffed up after a few hours, most came to size I think I threw out maybe 4 , they are as advertised anyone complaining needs to read better, they are thin and I would suggest buying thicker 2" panels but they do the job to cover a large area of thars what your after!

When you buy this product you have to be prepared to put in the time to uncompress them! They come delivered in vacuum packed so they will be flat when unpackaged. Letting them site to inflate just isn’t enough. I soaked each panel in the tub and rung them out like sponges and put them in the dryer on low heat, then stacked em up to flatted out and settle. I stuck them up on my way and they look fantastic and reduce quite a bit of sound! A 2 of the panels were unfortunately ruined, but no big deal for me personally. The 96 pack was enough for what I needed!
