This has been a really good solution for adding supplemental light to darker areas of my home without making the room look like a greenhouse or hydroponics setup. One of the biggest selling points for me is that it actually looks like a normal lamp instead of a piece of grow equipment.I’ve been using it for about a year now with a Monstera deliciosa and a Bird of Paradise, and both plants have shown noticeable improvement since adding the light. Growth has been healthier overall and they seem much happier in spots that previously felt a little too dim.I did some rough checking with a phone light meter app and the output seems reasonably adequate for common houseplants, but distance matters quite a bit. In my experience, the light really needs to be within about a foot of the plants to be genuinely effective. That may mean positioning the lamp lower than expected or raising plants up on stands depending on your setup.That’s probably the biggest thing potential buyers should understand: this works well as supplemental close-range lighting, not as a super powerful whole-room grow light.Build quality and reliability have both been good so far. After a year of use I haven’t had issues with flickering, overheating, or degradation in performance.Overall, if you want a grow light that blends into normal home decor while still providing meaningful supplemental lighting for houseplants, this is a great option.

I learned that my plant lights that emit a purple light were old fashioned and not as good for the plants as the newer type where the bulb gives the light a regular look. This particular plant looks like a real lamp, not a plant light. It's very good looking. Although the directions aren't great as some have mentioned, it is intuitive to figure out how to put together. It took me about 20 minutes. It also seems sturdy and has a heavy base which is important for stability. It definitely won't tip over.

These lights are awesome!! My plants love them. My orchard have all re-bloomed and the cactus have all had new growth since putting them under the lights. The timers are great and easy to use. Bright clean light and a nice design.

I was hesitant about spending this much on a grow light, but after the first one I ordered from a different vendor was never delivered (delayed in transit for a few days, and then automatically returned to sender with a note from Amazon that it was damaged), I decided to give this one a try because it had fast shipping and was tall enough to accommodate my bird of paradise.It arrived quickly and was probably the best-packed order I've ever had from Amazon. They could have dropped it from a plane at my doorstep and nothing would have been damaged. It only took a couple of minutes to assemble, the base has good weight to it (though it could be a couple inches wider for stability), the segmented pole feels nice/anodized, and the light overall looks great. I also appreciate that the cord was pre-threaded through the pole so it's out of sight but was not a hassle putting together.I will add that I wasn't a fan of the white one in pictures (thought it looked cheaper) and the black with wood accents looked better to me, but it would have taken longer to ship and my bird of paradise has been struggling, so I wanted something quick. After feeling the quality and seeing it set up, I actually love the clean look and having the light blend in a bit with the wall so it doesn't look so cluttered or remove from the aesthetics of the plant.I've only been using the light for a couple days now so cannot speak to durability or long-term use, but I was impressed enough with it from the second I opened the box, saw the attention to packing, and realized it felt higher quality than I anticipated that I wanted to write a first impressions review before I forgot.

This came very nicely packed. No scuff marks on stand. It's really nicer than the picture shows. This 63 yo had it together in less than 20 minutes. Adjustable and really spreads the light out without blinding anyone in the room. It looks like a piece of furniture but after 48 hours my piece Lilly and philidendrom are very perky and happy.

Amazing, elegant lamp that blends well with indoor decor. I like that it is super tall with an adjustable head, sturdy, and has the widely compatible base for bulbs, E26 i believe, so I was easily able to switch to a higher wattage bulb since the max is 40 watts, and an extra bonus is that it is compatible with smart plugs which I have begun operating it through and it turns on and off as scheduled via the smart plug with no problems.

This light exceeded my expectations! My plants were in a window sill, but needed repotting and would no longer fit on the narrow sill. This corner was great but lacked adequate light. I was looking for a light that would look good, sit on the floor and be adjustable in height. The base is heavy to prevent tipping over. The black and wood look great with my table. Please note that this light is shown with two of the tubes removed to achieve the height I wanted. If I need to add them back later, it’s easy to do. I just set it up and have it set to 4 hours for now. UPDATE- the plants are thriving with the new light and the automatic timer is great!

I got this grow light for my coconut tree, which was outdoors during the summer. This grow light is equivalent to summer lighting conditions, and my coconut tree (along with my other plants) are seeing new growth this winter.I rarely leave Amazon reviews let alone pictures in my reviews but this lamp is solid and I actively recommend it to every plant parent in my circle.Why I love this grow light:• 4000k colour temperature doesn’t turn your house sterile or look like a greenhouse• Built-in timer so my plants get 12 hours of light every day automatically• The light is very bright. I have a stromanthe/prayer plant on the outside perimeter of the spotlight and she’s been pushing new growth consistently despite the relatively lower light intensity.• The lamp is actually aesthetic and matches with most home decor styles• Can adjust the height and angle of light for your plants/layout situation• You can replace the bulb from this lamp when it eventually dies, unlike other lamps where the bulb is integrated

Excellent produit

Like the majority of all the other stand-alone grow lights the stand is not heavy enough to stop it from tipping over. It does appear to be the type that has the heaviest stand though. Just keep it away from a heavy traffic area if possible or add additional weight to the stand. I used a 10 lb. barbell weight that I just spray painted to match the base and it blended in pretty well. As for the light emitted, my plants responded well to it with no yellow leaves provided you give your plant enough room so that all leaves receive light. Otherwise the bottom leaves or overlapping leaves from other plants will kill off the bottom leaves and you will be left with plants with bare stems. I added lights that were lower and made sure each plant had enough room to grow and received light on all of its bottom leaves. I hope this helps.

Excellent. This grow light adds a little class to the regular grow light. I did remove the shade.
