I'm so glad that I bought this product. I suffered for years from heartburn and acid reflux. I've tried a number of different antacids and none of them helped. This amazing product, made out of natural plant ingredients, and not very expensive at all, has been a miracle for me, along with Amazon Cherry Flavored Milk of Magnesia. For the first time in years I can literally go to bed at night without having acid indigestion. I'm just so sorry that I didn't discover this remedy long ago, I could have saved myself a lot of misery. I also take along with this a teaspoon of Baking Soda in a half cup of water. These three in combination have changed my life.Update 4/30/2023 I just received my latest package of Now Papaya Enzyme. They have a burnt taste to them, like they were cooked too long. Have been using this for about a month now and it is amazing. Heartburn and reflux are pretty close to nonexistent. Stopped taking the probiotics when I got this. Surprised at how fast and effective it is. A bow of chili used to be eat and suffer all night. Two of these after dinner and no issues at all! Buy and you won't be disappointed. Will be restocking when I get low. The flavor takes a little getting used to but is not awful.

Well, I went ahead and give this product a four star. If taken as directed, I feel like they really actually do help and make a difference in the way I feel after eating a meal. However, I must say the taste is odd to say the least. Granted you only have to chew two after or during a meal so it’s not hard to withstand the momentary unpleasantness of the taste. The best way I can describe the taste of these chewable tablets is…. that it tastes like how a porta potty right next to an ashtray with a hint of urinal cakes would smell but, in a convenient chewable tablet form. A must they find a way to drastically improve the flavor or make a flavor that has no resemblance to this one. I probably won’t purchase this product again.

These are chewable tablets with a pleasant fruity taste that I'll chew after a meal if I feel my stomach is a little "off". I feel it helps with my digestion. It gives me relief quickly, so I find it's very effective. It has never given me a problem with my sleep quality.

These are the worst tasting things I have ever tried. They also burn your throat. I would never recommend or buy these again. I’m surprised as I’ve always been very happy with NOW brand supplements.

These pills are amazing, they help any acid reflux and if you feel nauseous it helps that too! They also taste amazing! I chew up 4 and in minutes I feel better!

It's crazy I like the flavor of the ones from Walmart better. GNC has really good ones, too. These taste off.
