Bottle is double sealed - both the protective plastic and then the paper sticker seal inside. When you open the bottle you are instantly hit with the apple cider vinegar aroma - I actually quite like the smell of these. Then when you pop them in your mouth the taste is equally good - nice smooth texture and good flavor.I have tried a few other Keto supplements in the past but it had been a while and I wanted to give them another whirl.On the bottle it states to take 2 gummies per day so 60 gives you a 30 day supply - but then it goes on to say that you can take it 1-3 times per day so that would rapidly drop the supply down to just 10 days... Perhaps if I had the ability to invest in quite a few more bottles I could try the 3 times a day for perhaps a more pronounced effect but alas that is a little too rich for me so I will stick with the 30 day route and hope for the best.Seems quality, tastes great, good packaging without wasted space.

For the price, I believe that they are giving you what is promised in the way of ingredients.However, the product in the bottle does NOT look pretty like the portrayed image. They could have been honest about what the product actually looks like. They are shaped like apples, but not like that. They are opaque and has more of a matte appearance.They could have put the actual product in the picture. The bottles arrived as advertised in a pack of three. They were sealed with a clear band around the cap and the opening to the bottle I have accessed was sealed properly also.One thing that will be evident upon consumption is that they pack a powerful punch in the apple cider vinegar flavor department.You will pop it in your mouth and say "hey, that's nice" and not get the flavor up front, but HOLY SMOKES the apple cider sneaks out and it's potent. I could tolerate it, but I think with future use, I'll chew it a little and swallow it because the longer you chew it, the more your mouth will pucker. It definitely even affected my olfactory and almost made it difficult to swallow. So there's a work around, just have some water to cut that sour.Each bottle will average around $30 and it's a trade off if you have wanted to take Apple Cider Vinegar but couldn't force yourself to drink it. That would be a good compromise.The combination of supplements are unique and beneficial. B12 and Beets are two things we can all benefit from as well.Outside of the potent flavor, they are fairly easy to consume.

For the keto part, I have no idea how to evaluate it.I know people who have disdain for the gummies as a vitamin or supplemental compound delivery system.They are a nuisance the way they stick in my teeth, especially around fillings. This could mean that they contributeto tooth decay because of the extra sugar.Tablets are far more convenient and simpler.So, the product may be effective, but I would rather have the preparation as a tablet from this company,if available.Be well.Be safe.

If I were rating these just on flavor, it’d be an easy five stars. These gummies are really tasty, sweet, slightly tart, and nothing like what you'd expect from something with apple cider vinegar in it. You can smell the vinegar when you open the bottle, but you don’t really taste it, which is kind of amazing. It’s more like a candy than a supplement...They do use a bit of sugar and glucose syrup, not artificial sweeteners, so it’s got a real sweetness to it that some people might find great but other people may be trying to avoid sugar completely... That said, there is no denying that they are SWEET, they just are, and taste really good.Personally, I think it’s balanced out by the fact that you're also getting ACV, pomegranate, beet juice powder, and B12. The formula itself feels well thought out and balanced.... It’s not overly processed or loaded with junk ingredients, though I did notice it has a small amount of palm oil and carnauba wax, likely (from what I read those ingredients are for) is just to help give the gummy its shape and prevent sticking, very commonly used for gummy-type supplements.I’ve taken them a few times on an empty stomach and didn’t have any issues, but if you’re sensitive to vinegar, I’d still be cautious. They feel pretty gentle overall. Each serving gives you 2.4 mcg of B12, which is solid for a gummy. That kind of adds to the daily value here, especially since it’s part of a bigger blend with other good ingredients.One thing to note: the color of the gummies is more of an orangey-peach than red, even though the pictures online made them look darker. Doesn’t matter to me, but worth pointing out. It may be a placebo effect. I thought in this case, if they are effective, I should lose some weight.I tried calling the phone number on the label to see if they could give me a reason why the ingredients chosen should curb my appetite and whether there were any studies done with their product demonstrating their effectiveness. I got their answering machine and received no call back.I decided to try them out anyways. To begin, I'm 69, fairly active with terrible eating habits. I eat pizza 3x a week as well as processed meats and am addicted to sugar and chocolate. A year and a half ago I decided to lose some weight and went on a Keto diet. I hated it but did lose 30 lbs in a little over 4 months. Over time, I could see my weight was slowly coming back - close to 10 lbs from my lowest point. It's a frightening feeling realizing that all the work losing the weight was coming back and there seemed nothing I could do about it. I decided I would try these gummies and see if I could use them to curb one aspect of my diet - which was in the evening after dinner sitting down watching TV and having a sleeve of roughly 10 Chips Ahoys and a quart of milk. I replaced that with having 2 - 3 gummies and a quart of water. I did this for a little over a month of which I consumed of the 3 supplied bottles and lost 8 lbs. I fould if I was really hungry, these gummies wouldn't help, but having them instead of cookies and milk worked for me. I found the gummies to be sweet and tasty, but there is something about them where I didn't have the urge to eat them one after another like candy. So in my case they seemed to work.
