It works as advertised. It helps heal my back when I get my occasional spams, and the heat is definitely helpful together with the support provided by the belt.I had some issues understanding how the product worked but they worked diligently with me to gain a better understanding on how it works particularly regarding battery life. They even offered several options to try to ensure I was satisfied with the product and the shopping experience as a whole. A company like this that stands behind their product with outstanding customer service is one I’m glad to do business with over and over.

No regrets! This belt massager is pretty great. It has infrared red lights that help with healing. Red light intensity’s are adjustable even though I think high would be best setting. Heat is adjustable and so is the Massage settings.It has a waist extender that also works well if you wanted a cross the body for your shoulder. I think this belt is going to be used often when we’re on long road trips because you don’t have to plug it into anything, it’s just rechargeable. No cords or remotes. It’s has the control device attached to the belt so you don’t have cords or anything like that to keep up with or in the way. They do send you USB-C cord to charge it.I don’t have anything negative to say about it. The extender may not be large enough for someone over XXL.I think the best part about this is you can use it anywhere on your body and completely customize it for the area.

I love this product! I saw this on their video and since I work at a computer all day, I was looking for some relief. This belt has heat, a nice lumbar massage function, and the red light therapy all in one place and it is comfortable. This has brought my some much valued relief. I am very happy with my purchase, I am using it often, the lumbar massage is so nice even if I do not have back pain at the time, so I feel better overall. It recharges easily with the provided charger cord and the charge lasts well, I never run it out before charging again. I am very happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly, as advertised and I would work with this seller again - and I will should I ever want to purchase an additional one.

I have needed treatment for neuropathy of the feet and a decades old lifting back injury. I was introduced to red light therapy recently and this belt seemed to be a good addition to my home treatment for my back as it offers heat, vibration and red light. I give it four stars as I just started using it so can't really speak to longevity. It does offer some relief with the heat and vibration and I hope to report a faster recovery from lower back spasms then normal - TBD. I recommend this as it is much more convenient than a separate heating pad and back vibrator tool. The belt like use lets me sit while getting the full use of heat, EMS and red light. So far, so good! It is a bit pricey, but I have seen other belts with just heat and EMS for over $250.

This heating belt massager from Bob and Brad is amazing! It is easy to use and it fits well. It charges up very quickly - not anywhere near the 4 hours mentioned in the manual. I use a fast charge block so that might help. The run time is also very long. I can use it all week before I have to charge it again. I set the heat on the lowest temp because that's sufficient. My lower back feels so much better after I use this. I'm really happy with it and the quality is better than I expected.

Awesome massage belt. The fit is easy, feels good to the touch, comfortable. Buttons are simple, it has the required options in vibration and combinations between heat, vibration and might intensity. Charging takes quite a while but you can have 5 * 15-minute sessions against a full charge. I like the combination L4 for light intensity and L2 vibration for recovery/inflammation and heat 50C + L2 vibration for relaxation. L4 vibration is good in the morning.
