First off, I do like this diffuser as it looks good, is made nice with heavy solid feeling materials and works great at making my home smell good. My problem is the listing, instructions and general descriptions are horrible. It shows a picture of an app, yet no where is there mention of an app on the box or in the instructions. At least I don’t have any on mine. The description makes mention of an “ High-definition LED display to control the diffusion of fragrance at any time.”, but there is absolutely no display. There’s a small light that changes from blue to red based on charging and tilting. Also, the general grammar/English in the instructions is bad. You can figure things out but come one, work with someone in the US to proofread these things especially on higher priced items such as this.Ok, now with that being said, I still do like this unit. It has a battery but I keep mine plugged in. I just don’t see a need to drag it around only to put it back in its ‘home’ location for charging. It has a remote control for setting low, medium and high and how long it’ll run, 1, 4 or 12 hours. I like it goes up to 12 hours as I have another aroma100 diffuser that only goes up to 4 hours which is simply too short a time. I am including an image from the small manual with the settings. I still wish they’d just allow a continuous run mode or a 12 on, 12 off mode but I digress. The unit itself feels nice in the hand, it has some heft which is welcome. The bottle inside is plastic not glass. It’s a decent quality plastic but for oils I’d prefer glass, nonetheless, it works fine. As for function, it works well and makes my home smell wonderful.

This scent diffuser has a clean, modern look, and it actually works as a nice little decoration in the room. Since it’s rechargeable, I don’t have to keep it plugged in, very easy to place anywhere. But there are definitely a few things that could be better.The instructions are extremely basic, just a single sheet, and the app it tells you to download doesn’t fully match this model. That made the setup more confusing than it should’ve been. The diffuser itself doesn’t have any real control buttons either. Everything relies on a small remote that feels cheaply made, and if that remote ever goes missing, the whole thing becomes unusable.It works, but the overall design could use some improvements to make it more user‑friendly.

I have wanted one of these for the longest time and was super excited to try it. I've seen all the crazy expensive ones in the tv ads and on the mall kiosks and was never willing to pull the trigger at those price points. This diffuser works just as good if not better, and the price point is great. It is easy to control with the included remote and has a very sleek look about it and does not take up much real estate. I love that I can charge it and then it works wirelessly on the counter without the unsightly cord. It does take quite a while to charge but holds the charge for several days with continuous use. It runs very quietly while the scent fills the room.I saw mention of an app but could not find which app to use. I think I downloaded the correct one, but could never get it to work so that was a myth. Other than that I love this diffuser and would highly recommend!

This is my second waterless diffuser. The first one works well and I have it running for 10 seconds on and 10 minutes off 24/7. The thing I didn’t like about it was how unattractive it was. When I received this one, I was impressed by the sleek design and sturdy build quality. It really is an attractive unit.The problems started when I opened the manual, which is just a sheet of paper. I looked for the QR code to download the app, but it was not there. I watched the video on the product listing page and found the name of the app that I needed to download. I read the instructions and looked for a way to put in the unit in pairing mode. No matter how many times I watched the video, I could not get the app to work with this unit.Now I have a diffuser that has no controls on the actual unit, but only a cheaply made remote control. On the lowest setting it runs for thirty seconds in diffusing mode and then off for five minutes. The fragrance is way too strong at this level. Since my unit can be controlled only by the remote, If I lost it this thing would become a giant paperweight. I would not recommend this Item and look for other options. This item is way too expensive to have issues like these.

So I really like this diffuser for many reasons, but it could be better. It seems almost exactly like another name brand diffuser I have so it seems like a less expensive copy. The setting that seems to come standard is 30 seconds on and 5 minutes off, which works great for me. It is silent when running and covers the house well on the lowest setting. The thing that could be better... There are no setting buttons on the base of the unit and it can only be controlled by an app or the remote. I have yet to get the app to connect but the remote works well, just do not lose it. Overall it has been working very well and I am happy with it. Works with any oil base essential oil or oil diffuser and I have used it with quite a few so far. The scent comes out great and I have had no leaks from the unit. Easy to use if you have the remote and it looks great.

Its nano mist is nearly impossible to see unless there is a dark background.—Being able to use corded or cordless in great.—It’s very quiet— It does fill a room but not anywhere near the 2000 sq ft described in listing. The manual lists coverage in cubic meters so if you use the formula for converting cubic meters to sq ft, calculating with an 8ft ceiling then the 300 cubic meters converts to approx. 1000 sq feet. That seems like a stretch to me but it will fill a large room.—Works by remote only.
