Perfect little labels maker for those on the go. Great price and size for travel. Lightweight, super easy to use (without needing an app) and prints really well. Good battery life also. Also has a lot of foreign characters/numbers and plenty of symbols to choose from. Certainly does the trick for simple and straightforward labeling. Just ordered 2 more for my other employees. Don't recommend for custom projects with the need for graphics or elegant fonts.

The SUPVAN E11 was incredibly easy to set up and start using right away. The Bluetooth connection worked smoothly, and having both the keyboard and app options makes it super convenient. USB-C charging is a huge plus since it’s always ready when we need it. We’ve been using this label maker nonstop to organize our workspace, and it’s made a big difference. Great value, simple to use, and highly recommended for anyone who loves staying organized.

Must charge with usb to usb-c C to C is not supported and will not charge, the style of cable that it ships with is a type You need not necessarily the included cable. I avoided the app totally, the permissions that require is for multiple printers, not necessarily this one, that should be determined by the app and the device.Not just allow all permissions that doesn't jive very well. There is zero reason for it to need contacts, phone records, etc. It does allow you to use non oem labels but you need to set this feature in the menu, for length width et cetera. It's easy to load, and it does come with 4 rolls, two are in a box, one is in the spare container.One is in the unit that's four. People may miss this and think it only came with two.But that's not the case.At least with mine, at first glance, it looks like you only get two. Previously I used a Dymo, and I like the fact that this one prints nice and dark and is rechargeable. It's also smaller and lightweight.It will fit in a man's large shirt pocket. Although like anything I wouldn't recommend manhandling it because it is plastic and it is very lightweight.So if you drop it, I guess that's on you. The only drawback I could see with this unit is the no backlight, really. It also does barcodes, all the symbols are there. And everything from positioning, spacing that's all adjustable. The instructions are pretty simple, and they're well written in the english language at least. I only gave it a four because of the app. Nothing more.The unit itself is a five all the way.

It's so nice receiving a product that far exceeds exceeds your expectations and this is one. A quality label printer that works very well and easy to use.

After using this all day to organize all the drawers of hardware in my workshop (If I couldn't label it it went in the trash), I experienced the best benefit of all: I re-ordered new tape for about 1/8 the cost of Brxxx's tape. Sure, I could have ordered off-brand tape for the Brxxx for just a little more, but the tape is supposedly the biggest benefit of the Brxxx system. One cartridge of Brxxx tape is almost the cost of this unit. For labels!? Seriously?Can't speak to the usability of the app or it's security, I just wanted to quickly clean up a dysfunctional mess, not 'beautify' crap. No need to futz with an app, the keyboard is fine. This worked flawlessly, printing labels much faster than I could apply them, and cheaply enough to throw away the ones I printed too large (or small) for what they went on. Might even use it for file folders in my office, we'll see. Oh, and it's rechargeable so it doesn't waste my time and $$ ordering batteries to fill landfills with. Why is that so hard for the big brands?

Just a great printer. It can be used manually or via an app. The app gives more variations but for basic label printing, manual use is fine.However, the most important thing for a label printer is the quality/durability of the label itself and I am extremely impressed with the tape they use. I did a test label on a glass several months ago using this printer’s little brother (E10) that is app only but uses exactly the same tape.After all the use and multiple washings of the glass, the label looks as good as new. It uses an extremely strong acrylic adhesive and (I learnt this from AI) it has a layered design so the actual print is thermally activated in a central film layer, with upper and lower layers protecting the print. This means you can use whatever you like on it - eg soap, alcohol, white spirit, meths, bleach… and the print will not wipe off (I’ve tried!).The tapes by themselves, however, are quite expensive and the only reason I bought this upgraded model is because it was at a discount and came with 4 rolls of tape. But, I had to do multiple label printing recently and just being able to do it manually using the keyboard was so much more convenient than using the app. So I am very happy with the purchase.Only slight demerit is the lack of a screen backlight but otherwise highly recommended.
