We are incredibly impressed with this PerchMe bird feeder pole. The build quality is solid and sturdy, even with multiple feeders attached, and it looks great in our yard. Installation was extremely easy and straightforward, and we had the entire setup assembled in no time.One of our favorite features is how well it works with our Perch Me smart bird feeder camera. The height and stability provide an excellent viewing angle, and the multiple hooks let us create a true bird feeding station. We currently have seed feeders, a suet feeder, and a hummingbird feeder all on the same setup, and it handles the weight beautifully.The included squirrel baffle has also been very effective so far, which has made a huge difference. Best of all, almost immediately after we finished installing it, a Rufous hummingbird showed up to check out the feeder. It felt like instant approval from the local wildlife! Since then, bird activity has noticeably increased.An unexpected bonus has been how entertaining this setup is for our indoor cat, who now spends hours sitting in the living room window watching the birds and hummingbirds visit throughout the day.If you want a durable, attractive, and functional bird feeder pole that turns your yard into a birdwatching destination, this is absolutely worth it. I’ve tried a few different things as feeder poles, such as shepherds rods and 2x4’s before getting this actual pole made for bird feeders. They just didn’t do what I wanted and looked janky, but this one is oh so sweet. It is super sturdy, easy to assemble and adjustable for your height so you can fill your feeder easily. The pole itself is made of quality material and is really strong, the ground stakes are not short and stubby where they will just come up outta the ground at the first sign of a little wind, they are strong and go into the ground at a good level, all the while easy to insert into the ground. I live at the base of a mountain in the middle of the desert, it’s nothing for us to have winds above 15 with 30mph gusts almost on the daily, as I am typing this the winds are a steady 12 mph. I have my smart feeder attached to the top of the feeder pole, it’s been up roughly 5 days now and the wind as not caused any issues, it does sway and bit but nothing major, I think this is the most impressing part for me. If you don’t have a feeder to attach to the top of the pole it comes with a decorative topper you can attach. Plus the hooks that come with the feeder aren’t small and flimsy either, they are big enough that you can actually use them. On my feeder pole I have my smart feeder on the top, 2 hummingbird feeders, feeder solar panel, a suet feeder, a heavy wooden bird house and I have room for even more stuff on there. The sturdiness, the space and the ease of the feeder pole is awesome. It also has a squirrel baffle, we don’t have many squirrels in my area, but we attached it to the pole because I like how it looks on there. If you are looking for a attractive, sturdy addition to your yard or garden area I highly recommend this feeder pole. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I bought this pole for my mom for Mother’s Day. One of the standing poles had a defect & I reached out to perchme. Customer service was very responsive & sent me a new pole so quick. I’m very pleased with the response time to my request & the quality of the pole. I love it so much & we love seeing all the birds fly through our yard to the feeders handing. Thank you ! I will absolutely by again from this company.

6.17.26 Update: Great customer service, sent a replacement stand. Squirrel baffle works great.Terrible welding job. Used for Birdfy camera bird feeder and 2 hanging feeders—2 arms have broken off since purchasing two months ago.

Stabilizer prongs are 6”, not 13” as shown in diagram. I bought this more expensive pole just because it showed the in-ground part was 13” and I thought it would be more stable than other poles. Very disappointed.

This pole is heavy-weight and MUCH sturdier than ones I have used before, with stronger, thicker pole sections and a novel design that works extremely well. The cross pieces allow placement of bird feeders farther from the pole than other feeders, too. And it's easy to stagger multiple feeders. Moreover, their customer service is highly responsive. I accidentally screwed up one of the pole sections (my fault) and they were willing to send me another, though in the end I didn't need it. Assembly was a cinch (if you look at the directions 😉), with good hardware. I really appreciate the set screws on every pole section to help stabilize the junctions.The only issue is that the squirrel baffle is plastic, not metal, so it might not be very squirrel resistant--but I had already bought a raccoon baffle to thwart the masked visitors, so I didn't use it. (Plastic might work OK? But my baffles are all metal.) I can't recommend this pole enough.P.S.: I did NOT get it free or reduced price--I took a chance even though there were only 9 orders before mine, and I'm really glad I did!

I’ve tried a few bird feeder poles before and many of them were too thin or wobbly. This one feels much stronger than the others. The ground stake went straight into the soil and the pole feels very stable once everything is tightened.Right now I have a smart bird feeder and some hanging bird feeders, plants and it holds them easily. I love it rotating to balance the space and weight. Even after a windy day it didn’t lean or move.Assembly was simple and took only a few minutes. So far it’s been working great and adding great touch to my backyard!

I wanted to let you know. I put the pole together and went to put it in the ground and one of the 4 legs broke off. Is there any way to send me a a new set of legs?

This is great for holding my bird feeder, protecting it from squirrels and then having “arms” to hang plants..It is so easy to assemble and worth the price

About a month in and it’s garbage. The rocks were needed as the pile was not stable with the short spikes. Woke up this morning and the pole is completely bent over. No option I can find anywhere to seek help so putting this review to help others avoid.
