This cat backpack carrier is cute, practical, and convenient for travel or vet visits. The vivicreate large cat backpack should actually be called the vivicreate small cat backpack, as it definitely only can hold a small cat. I have 3 cats, with 2 being Siberians and 1 Maine Coon. My boys both weigh about 15 pounds, which the listing says up to 20lbs, neither come even close to fitting inside. However, my female Sib is super tiny and petite and only 9 pounds and she fits perfectly.The biggest issue with this backpack is that there is not a good flat base on the bottom. It comes with a small bendable thing you can put in the bottom but it has no support. What you can't see in my pictures is that I am pulling down on both of the front straps, really hard, as otherwise it tips backwards and she is sitting half in the clear part. Because of this, I will never be able to use this backpack for more than 5-10 minute sessions. The straps are really strong though and I did not feel like I was going to tear them with how hard I was pulling down on them to lift my cat up.I like that the pouches on the side are mesh to allow more air flow. The clear dome part is of really good quality and came wrapped so there were not any scratches. However, it was wrapped before the backpack was put together so there are tiny pieces of plastic that are impossible to remove.

I have 4 cats. Some of my cats are the size of a medium dog lol. They like their food, and I like to give them treats. I do have one smaller cat. So I tried the backpack out with her. The backpack itself is very light. The straps are comfortable and can be connected at the upper chest. I really like the dome part of the backpack; it looks space-age and reminds me of the Jetsons. The zipper is nice and sturdy, and there are nice mesh pockets on each side of the bag where you can keep treats. The bag comes with a collapsible water bowl, a toy, and a mat or bottom for the backpack. My cat fit in it well, and it was comfortable for both of us. For $26, this type of backpack carrier is a great value for the money you spend.

We love being able to show off our Sphynx cats while being able to keep them safe. The clear dome allows them to be able to see and not feel claustrophobic the way some other carriers do. The backpack itself is lightweight, comfortable, and easy to adjust. It comes with a wand toy and pet dish which is a convenient bonus! It’s easy to clean as you can remove the bottom part and wipe down the rest. The ventilation holes are the perfect size and it makes travel easy. We took our cats on a road trip and these backpacks held up well and made our trip easier getting in and out of our van. We highly recommend this for all pet owners!

The bag itself;f is okay, but my dog did NOT like it at all. It's supposed to be big enough to hold a Chi in it and it's looks like it's trying to squish her. The zipper works great and the added bowl is a nice touch. The bubble of the bag is durable.

I’ve tried carriers before where my cats instantly panic, but this one surprisingly kept them calm and curious instead of stressed. I thought this backpack was adorable and the quality is actually better then I expected for the price. The straps feel comfortable and it has good airflow with the mesh sides and air holes. My cats on the other hand were absolutely not impressed 😂 The second I put them inside they started meowing and trying to escape immediately. I tried all 3 of my cats and none of them were fans right away. I do think with time and practice my favorite cat could probably get used to it because once she calmed down a little she tolerated it more. I like that it comes with the little bowl and toy and it feels sturdy enough for short trips or vet visits. Definitely depends on your cats personality because if you have a super chill cuddly cat they might enjoy riding around in this way more then mine did.
