Great product, and worth the extra cost. Especially good for cryogenic liquid nitrogen treatments by dermatology on precancerous lesions aftercare and surgical incisions. Soothing and not irritating. Wonderful product. Nothing like Vaseline.

First time using this product. It was recommended by my dermatologist after getting some pre cancerous spots froze off my arm in the office. Before applying I could feel the skin irritation and heat from the inflammation. After just 2 applications in about a 12 hours period, the spots were calmer and noticeably less irritated. Would reccommend. The stuff is thick. Almost like Vaseline thick.
