I arrange artificial flowers for a hobby so I got these to add to my artificial flower stock. I absolutely love working with these because they have tons of soft satinie flowers and plenty of soft plastic greenery to fill in the bare spots. Each stem is heavy duty wire coated in soft plastic that holds it shape where you put it. The grass stems can fan out so only one stem is required for a basket. I love the way the flowers are made to hang or drape naturally making it almost impossible to tell they are artificial. I use wire cutters to easily cut stems to fit. These are a excellent value for the amount you get. A high quality durable product.

One would never know they aren’t real.

When the box arrived, I was stumped. What did I order? The box was small and somewhat heavy. Are these my flowers? No, couldn’t be. Yep, they were. It is astounding the way they can maximize every inch to get these guys into a box. I need tips from them about packing for sure.Once you open the box however, you will immediately notice the beautiful purple color of the Morning Glories. The picks are package in 6 groups, two in each package. The 2 tall grass picks are packaged separately from them. To fit them in the box they are curled around quite a bit. The flowers seem to bounce back from this torture immediately. The tall grass not so much, but when you start spreading the shoots, they really come to life. And I will be honest; I wasn’t entirely sure I would use the grass at all. But now I am excited to see where it will look best.This spring I am slowly switching over to faux flowers. I have been looking to get a variety of colors and styles and these purple beauties are going to fit right in.I currently have two shades of pink, a red, and a purple and white mixed bunch. Then there are the yellows. My recommendation is be careful there. Yellow comes across as neon, and even at 20 feet away they scream fake. These deep rich purples do not.I have maybe 30 potted plants on my pool deck. If I remember to water them great. But then I also must sweep up all the dropped petals and leaves (daily). If I don’t, into the pool they blow.There are no worries with these. They won’t shed, they need no water or fertilizer, and from even a short distance they look pretty real.Up close you can tell they are faux flowers, but that it always the case. Sitting out on my pool deck and looking out at them, they do not give off the fake vibe.I love that they are fade resistant, because here in Florida we know about how sun damages pretty much everything. And of course, rain-proof is great. During our summer months we are known to get quite a bit.One of the things that it also states is they are pet-friendly. We have two Chihuahuas that will be around them as they hunt for lizards. Good to know I don’t have to worry.Currently, I do not have any good pot to try them out in. I did have an old plastic garden center pot that you bring home your plants in, so I decided to use that for now. I put just 5 of the 12 picks in, and I think it looks nice. For me the arrangements look more realistic if they are not too crowded. So, I will be able to use these in more than one area.At $23.99, at the time of my order, you are getting a lot. That makes the 12 flower picks and the two grass picks each only about $1.71. Pretty decent price.

The deep purple color on these morning glories is absolutely beautiful and has a saturated, high-end look that really pops in photos. Since you get 12 bundles plus the extra greenery, you have enough volume to create lush centerpieces, aisle markers, or even to fill out larger floor planters (see photos). The wire-reinforced stems are a lifesaver for DIY projects - you can bend and shape them to fit into specific vases or weave them into a larger floral installation. They have a "thriving" look that adds a lot of energy to an arrangement.There are a couple of things to keep in mind. When you first open the box, you might notice a bit of a "plastic" scent. I recommend unboxing them and letting them air out in a garage or a well-ventilated room. The smell should dissipate completely by the time the wedding arrives. Also, while they look incredibly real from a few feet away, the leaves and stems have a slight sheen to them up close. You can easily "soften" this look by mixing them with a little bit of real baby’s breath or other dried greenery to break up the texture as I did.One final tip for your setup: if you are using these in outdoor planters or lightweight vases, make sure to weigh them down. Since they don’t have the weight of water or real soil, they can be a bit top-heavy. Tucking some stones or even small weights into the bottom of your containers will keep everything standing tall if there is a breeze outside. They are a wonderful, stress-free way to guarantee a beautiful addition to your deck or patio/garden no matter what the weather does! Overall, four stars from me. 🌼
