This digital frame is amazing! I love that it came with either a way to hang it on the wall or to make it a standing frame. It also comes with the usb port to load the pictures onto the frame and it is very easy to load them. I’m not sure how many pictures it holds but I have put quite a bit onto mine so far. It also plays videos and music that you load into it and also has great sound quality, so it’s been great having family over and showing them the pictures and videos. The remote I noticed has a long range as I can change it from the next room, this is a great addition to my living room and I love it.

Frame has a great display and pictures look wonderful on it, once setup it just goes straight into playing pictures when turned on. This is a gift for someone who isn't great with technology so it's good that is go from the start once we set it up for them.The remote control is handy for wanting to play with it and move around the available options.Only con experienced was the USB drive that came with mine was completely useless, files wouldn't transfer and it would blank itself and failed multiple times. Replaced with a spare I already had and everything is perfect. Not sure if the memory stick would be a common failure point but having another handy or a memory card might be a good idea. Quite happy with it beyond that minor issue.

I picked this up for my grandma since she doesn't have cloud storage and wouldn't bother with wifi or apps, but this is not user friendly at all! Especially for non tech savvy folks like grandma. The buttons on the back are kinda built in and while I could seen them, but she could not. The controller barely working really stunk because they had better visibility and would have been more user friendly. I had to press really hard or they just wouldn't work at all. Her niece sent her a usb with family pictures and video. It wasn't loading all of the pictures and video even though they were the same format as other pictures and video that were loading. I think the software that was preloaded on the usb was messing with it too. The user manual mentions that some formats and sizes may not work, but doesn't say which ones or what the threshold is! We didn't even test out the usb that came with it yet. It would help to prep the usb's before using by wiping any smart features off and just having your photos and such, maybe having separate usbs for pictures and video and I'm going to see if I can find an easy swap hub since grandma has a hard time swapping out usbs. She was also concerned about hot swapping the usbs since there is no safe eject option and to be fair I couldn't guarantee it would be safe. I didn't expect the sound quality to be great, but a bit louder would have been nice too.
