Amazing! This is my first bidet. I had to go fancy or not at all. I still scream when it turns on. I'm still not comfortable with what is going on down there but love the end result. I usually like to get in and get out but now I have to sit here and let my toilet clean & dry me. The heated seat is phenomenal. I wish there was a back & foot massager. The remote just makes everything easier. This was my 2nd purchase. My first one was used! Missing parts. I was pretty upset but I waited for the exchange, which was easy. Set up was easy. Then Boom water temp light was blinking. Didn't work. I tried what the toilet lid said to do but still didn't work. I gave it a day until I tried it again. I went back to reviews so see what people said and their amazing helpful review gave me confidence to try again. Followed lid directions again and boom again, it worked. Wish I got this when shelves were empty of TP! Better late then never💩🍑 even if you already have a bidet... Replace it with this one!! Heated seat, heated water, heated dryer, so many settings. Hands down

It would be excellent - if it actually worked. I chose this bidet seat to replace an existing one that didn’t heat the water. The installation went very smoothly. The instructions were a little dodgy but the process was easy enough that it didn’t matter.I LOVED the heated water part - and the addition of the drying feature was great, too. The heated water works by creating a small reservoir of heated water in the seat itself that makes the seat nice and warm mid-winter. A clever solution!However, all of this is moot since I can’t get it to work anymore. It worked perfectly for about a day. Then the heating of the water stopped working. Then the spraying of the water stopped working and was replaced by an insistent beep that seemed to warn of something.This is where things started getting really annoying. I started with the trouble shooting part of the guide - it was silent on the issue. I read all of the documentation and there was no mention of the beeping at all. I tried to reach out to the seller through Amazon. It led to a dead link. I tried Amazon and they forced me into a phone tree that forced me to either accept it or return the thing. On the back of the instructions, it listed a website. The website doesn’t exist.Do not follow me down this path. It isn’t worth it.

Item is as described. Made in China product sold at a discount price, so you get what you pay for. The unit works as advertised. Please be sure to use a properly wired and grounded receptacle with GFCI protection. I had a few issues with mine until I ran a properly grounded power source. When that was fixed, everything worked properly. Be aware that instruction are poor, troubleshooting issues of why some functions worked and others did not took skill to overcome. Customer support from Amazon tried to help troubleshoot but they ran out of ideas. Msgd the seller and have to wait more than a day to get a response. Their advice also did not resolve the issue. When I msgd that to them I never got a response, So I figured it out on my own and it works as advertised. I now need to find better instructions for proper use of the remote.

I had. 2 within months and both stopped working. But the costumer service definitely took care it the problem fast.

What can anybody say but with a heated seat it makes things go nicely and you save on toilet paper. Can’t beat it. I actually really like this product.

I wanted to give it five stars so badly because the first few days it was amazing. Sadly after about a week of use the water wouldn't heat up every time I used it. It was sporadic. Sometimes it was really warm other times it was not warm at all. Fast forward to now, the water heating element no longer works at all. The reason I bought an electric one was for the warm water🫤 the seat warmer still works the light still works and everything else works. Just super sad the water doesn't get warm anymore... Sadly, I had to come re edit and reduce my stars again. Now, the control on how much pressure is appliely applied with the water has now broken as well. Without any kind of warning, it was on full blast and gave me an enema I wasn't asking for, sadly, it is an overpriced toilet seat warmer now. Or a cold water enema, if you're down for that first thing in the morning.

If you haven’t tried it yet. But are thinking about it. We’ve had it 2 months It was easy to install, drilled a hole in wall next to closet for outlet access. I’m pretty impressed warm water wash, nothing left behind. Heated Drying takes the whole 5 minutes. And the heated seat awesome this winter.
