These dip station bars are very sturdy and built. The heavy duty steel frame feels solid and stable.i really like the adjustable height options, which make them suitable for different workouts and users. The foam grips are comfortable and non-slip, and the rubber feet keep everything secure on the floor. All the parts are included. It’s easy to installed.I also have a pull-up bar station from RELIFE, and the quality is just as good. My son enjoys using both the dip bars and the pull-up station, which makes working out at home more fun and motivating for him.

It took me about 30 minutes to put together. It’s mostly just screws and the instructions were easy to understand, so the assembly process was straightforward.The quality feels really solid. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to tip or wobble when using it. I’m around 300 lbs and it supports me without any issues, which was important to me when choosing a dip station.This has been a great addition to my at-home gym and I’m really happy with it.

TLDR: It's unstable, but it does the job and it does it well enough for a 4 star. For the price ($47 at the time) I spent I'm not mad.Little bit longer review: This thing quakes under my 'whopping' (sarcasm) 135 -140 pound frame no matter how sturdy I hold myself and that was alarming at first. I've since gotten used to it and that's fine, if anything it leads to more muscle engagement slow and steady; or I could just place a couple of weight plates on it and call it a day. Other positive notes is it's size, fits in my home gym space well and stores away easily. Even came with some extra screws and washers, only needs an allen key to put together which is supplied by the manufacturer. It was super easy to put together took maybe 15-20 minutes from unboxing to complete product. I don't know if I'd buy one again if this one fails me in time I'd likely just try a different style (like a power tower), but I also don't foresee that happening any time soon.

This is a quality product that is well worth the price. It is well made and easy to assemble, easy to follow instructions and came with the necessary hardware. I use my stand for dips and inverted rows. The bars are stable enough to not need the included middle connection bar, but its there if you want or need it. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Very sturdy, quality material with thick rigged tubing . The higher you set it though it’s a little worrying for my stability. Good for 6’ 210lbs, handlebar set at half height is very stable, must bend knees if you want full body weight dips.

This equipment is great for almost anyone who wants to use their personal body-weight for exercise - beginner to advanced. Love the versatility. Many exercises to try!Putting together was another story, since I'm not intuitive with building. NO USABLE ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS included. I watched a youtube video from 2019 ("Fitness with Dale L. Roberts") for hints. Got me through the process. - The instruction book included would-be hints such as, "Needn' t to screw all the part out when you regulte the connector. Just turned the screw a feww around and pull up knob can adjust the middle bar' s length." That's a quote. Fortunately, the equipment came with all its screws / washers. Very happy with this. I can stretch and do a little weight training with the TV on, after work. No drama or noise. Beware - not as "stable" as perhaps a commercial model. Be aware of your weight and surroundings. Don't "ask" for trouble by applying all your weight on one end.

I bought these thinking as they were more expensive, they'd be better quality.They aren't stable. Not really safe to use.
