Why did you pick this product vs others?:This cappuccino machine looks stylish and solid, full stainless steel of whole body, fitting my kitchen bar perfectly. BTW, I like the digital LED panel on this machine.I used the milk box everyday for Cappuccino or Latte. The Coffee tastes real nice, and I LOVE IT. I also used the independent water tube from time to time, cooking, tea and soup, because it heats up water unbelievably fast. This machine is versatile!!!It is very easy to use the milk box for perfect foamy and silky milk. All I need to do is just store the box in fridge until next use. Following the manual instruction, cleaning is super easy. I think I got a nice priced machine.

If you are looking for an easy to use and clean machine that will make great espresso, cappuccino and lattes this is it. I've had this for a few months and love it. I probably run 10 double shots a day through this and it is going strong with no issues.Pros:-Easy to use, no need to be a barista or spend hours doing research on technique.-Makes a great espresso drink out of the box with a few minutes of setup and reading directions.-For an espresso machine it is quick and easy. I make my morning double long in a few minutes including warm up, brew time and clean up.-Has some limited adjustability if you read the directions.-Cleaning/maintenance is easy.-Amazing responsive customer service from seller for minor issue (I was truly shocked). They go above and beyond.Cons:-It is an automatic machine with limited adjustability. If you are looking to experiment with pressure and advanced espresso techniques this probably isn't for you.-The frother is easy to clean and use. The only issue is if you want to use it infrequently the cleaning may not be worth it. If you use it at least every 2 or 3 days you're fine. If you want to use it every week or two it is almost not worth filling it, cleaning and then putting away. If you use the frother either regularly or almost never this won't be an issue for you.One reviewer mentioned it does not take the appropriate weight of grinds. I noticed he was using a kitchen scale. I used a more sensitive scale that goes to 10ths of a gram and found I got 15 grams in the double filter. There is possibly variability between grind size and coffee moisture as well.This machine is perfect for what I wanted it for and am very happy with my purchase. I would buy it again without looking back.

I Bougt thie urintel coffe machine, because the extra feature hard to find wich is it makes amrican expresso cofee. the machine is beautifull, loocks great in the kitchen, also is't Stanley steel, and 20 bar. Very good boiler,I was so happy, and read all the instructions before starting, I cleaned as supposed to be before using. Let me tell you tat before I purchased I read 1 bad review in that one, they said that this machine had an awful chemical smell when was pouring the coffe like plastic, that customer call for support and she or he did all the troubleshooting possible to get away te smell. But beside of that reviews, the majority of the reviews give 4 or 5 stats so I decided to buy it and was a big mistake, soon I saw my self calling for support because I was getting that awful smell and taste it's something that is not a plastic smell it's something else like chemical, they told me to washed it out with acetic acid, vinegar and soda bicarbonate. I didn't went to give up. so I run those cleaning cycles no less than 12 time, during 3 days until I realized it's gonna be impossible to get it to a normal NO smell, so I give up and returned, I still will like to have some kind of answers from the store like, how is that possible that this beautiful and well done machine came along with a terrible issue.At last I like to mention that I live in Canada and this particular model is not available in Amazon CA. So I ordered to be delivered in to a po box and I paid extra por get my parcel and I had to pay 2 times the borders fees, and at the end I got nothing than the waste of time, gasoline,custom duties and big dissappiment.
