What is not to love, it is exactly as the picture shows. The lights are fantastic. At night sometimes I turn on the light in the dining room, I got two of these one very large and the other smaller and just look at the glow. It is beautiful. For the living area I got the larger one and replaced this fan with a smaller one and it works wonderful. I like it cold. I set it on two speeds, and it gives plenty of air coming down with the temperature in the house at 74. I usually have it set at 69 I turned it up to a 5 on the remote control and was laughing it gave us so much air. the noise level it great also. It does not matter what speed I have it on I cannot hear this fan. I would buy another, and I might still for our bedroom. It really is a very nice fan in the color and function. I have gotten several comments on it so far and it has only been up for a week. The remote is very easy to use. A friend installed it for me, and I watched him do it, Ok full disclosure he is in construction, but had it put together and up in under 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this fan to anyone that wants more air flow without the noise.

This product has its pros and cons. Over all so far has been great. Only time will tell how it holds up. I have had other fan/light combo sets with remotes where the receiver quits working. So I’m hoping this holds up.Pros:Price is good for the product.Well made heavy metal parts.Easy wiring , I only have one switch in the room I’m using it in so that’s the need for the remote to control fan and light separately.Very quiet fan honestly more quiet than most my more expensive fans.Very powerful fan. Levl1-3 doesn’t do much but 4 and up you notice and 6 is very high power.For the most part easy to put togetherCons:Small delay between activating power switch to the relay in the fan.Does not come with bulbs. This does take the small lightbulbs not standard. And not easy to install them. There is a cage cover that has to go inside at an angle to rest inside. Due to that you don’t have room to install the bulbs and then set the cover. So since you have to set cover first it makes it little difficult to change the bulbs. Get you someLED and won’t have to worry about that much tho.Overall we love it so far. Put it in our office at home. Only had in a few weeks so hope this is my only review and not having to re write in months that it’s changed.

Item looks great, went to install in our new house but couldn't finish. All 15 screws and washers to attach fan blades were missing rendering the product useless as a fan. Too late to return so who knows if we can even use it.

First of all the price was great even without a discount, but then there was an additional discount percentage and that made it great. And the fan was delivered the next day.And most importantly, it's a really nice looking fan! It's as good as or better than the pictures.It's a standard fan installation, nothing too complicated but takes a little time to put together and hang. Again, just the standard stuff.Once up, the fan looks great and it's very quiet!! I can't even hear it when it's running on high, just hear the wind it makes.The remote is great! You'd pay extra for a remote at a big box store!I'm very happy it.

Honest review.....This thing is really great. Im almost always hot or in need of moving air. We have tall vaulted ceilings in our primary room and this thing BLOWS , in a positive way. There isn't anything I hate.Motor issue: I've only had this since Oct and all of a sudden the motor went out and was making this terribly loud grinding noise every time you would turn the fan on , wouldn't make it if the blades free spinned.Customer service: A+++++++ they are super polite and try to get to the bottom of your problem in a timely manner. They ask for videos and give possible solutions. If those don't work they are escalated quickly. They are sending me a new motor

Love the look of this fan. Its was fairly easy to install too. Will be purchasing another one for our spare room when I renovate it. The only thing I'd change, would be it would be nice to have a brighter light.
