Love this little machine for sit ups, push ups, and all around body workout. Super versatile. Easy to use. Lightweight. Built to last, and was relatively inexpensive.

Love it !!! Even if you are a 'pro', it is a great product. It provides tremendous support so that you do not hurt your back. For me at least, doing sit ups was challenging because I lacked proper technique, and yes, I can watch videos to learn the technique but it is still not the same if you do not follow it properly. This equipment supports your back so you don't have to be caught up in using proper technique to the granular level. As far as you are doing the 'due diligence' of maintaining proper posture and all, you are fine... Basically, you don't have to be caught up in the technique and can focus more on the movement. The resistance levels are amazing and can be adjusted easily, and you can actually feel the abdomen area after a session, no matter what resistance level you use. Very firm, and can easily be stored in a small space.

when I first purchased this, I was buying for the fact that it was quite universal and could be used for multiple different purposes for exercising. A miniature miniature home gym if you would. It helps you with arms, legs, abs, push-ups, and quite literally anything else you would probably like to use it for. there was no need to assemble it as it was already put together, which was a huge plus. It’s quite easy to use and it’s extremely functional. The only downside I found with this was that even on the highest resistance, I didn’t find that it was enough for me to feel anything. i’ve enjoyed the product using it on everything else, but the abs is what I was really looking for. When I do my crunches, I don’t have the pressure of laying on a flat surface and having to pull myself up as it causes me quite a bit of back pain, but I was hoping that the resistance would be a little bit stronger and help me build my core.

Small but Powerful 💪🏽 as soon as I got the notification from Amazon that my package was delivered...I got to work & babyyyyyyy let me tell'ya it's small but effective & efficient 💪🏽 I love ❤️ that it's compact. It's padding is super comfortable with durable material. It has many different exercises you could perform. The resistance is strong but not so strong that beginners can't achieve 💯 I recommend beginners start at level 2 & as you progress go to level 3. I previously purchased the MERACH Deep Squat Machine back in December of 2025, & use it regularly so I had a head start with this machine as far as strength & energy is concerned. I did 50 situps easily! However, you will definitely start feeling the burn 🔥 in your abs in about 5 to 10 situps. I'm super hyped & geeked to really add this to my regular workout routine 💯 I'm looking forward to seeing my results. With the other MERACH machine I've already loss 10 lbs and see my waistline slimming & my booty toning & lifting 💯 So this situp machine is most definitely an added bonus. I will be back in a few months to update you guys on my results. However, so far so good 10 outta 10 I highly recommend these MERACH products. They are worth every penny. OMG MY NEW GYM PARTNER. I have a small one bedroom apartment so I take it with me to the gym. It is so convenient to carry into the gym. I do the treadmill or the stair stepper or the bike and then I do the rest of my workout with this. It is amazing. It is the best addition to my workout, I feel the results when I use it. I’m seeing the results and I’ve only had it for a week. I use it daily. I love it. One of my very best purchases! I plan on getting the squat machine as well soon thank you for creating this. It totally is everything and more. I get more situps and because it’s almost like my back is being massaged I don’t have lower back pain like I used to trying to do situps the arm. Exercise exercises are amazing. I use it really for three exercises and I can get some good reps in with no problem and I get a good sweat. Many many thank you again for creating this product.

Works as described.

This ab machine looks amazing, but upon receiving it and using it, it feels very stiff and not smooth in motion at all. Not sure if I got a bad device, I ordered a Brand new one. bought it from Sold by: DEKE-US, and Shipped by: Amazon.I tried all the exercises mentioned in the photos. but don't use any of them. It's not strong enough to work out my arms. I use this machine by placing it on a bed or table that is about waist height, placing the ab machine in front of me, and then pushing the individual rollers down in front of me as I bend slightly forward. It helps work out my abs mainly, and my upper and lower back depending on how far I bend down or bend forward. This machine is very basic and definitely not worth the price being sold at. I paid about $65 for it, and it feels more like a $40 item.I was really hoping that the machine of each roller would be smooth when being pressed down and would smoothly come back up. When lying down on it and using it as a sit-up support, it doesn't really offer any assistance.
