I bought this robot vacuum because of the price and it had all of the features that I wanted.I wasn't impressed with the user manual but the set up was relatively easy and the vacuum wizard did all of the work. I loved watching the vacuum scan and clean my 1500 sq ft house as it was being mapped out on the app. However the vacuum constantly announced the error message of a clogged roller brush and when checked, nothing was found....ever. I contacted customer service via email and was answered within 12 hours with a solution. It was discovered that there was a faulty roller brush motor and new vacuum unit was sent to me within 3 days. Impressive!The new vacuum setup also went smoothly and the new vacuum is PERFECT and I LOVE IT!OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A VERY IMPRESSIVE PRODUCT.
I replaced my previous robot vacuum with this one based on the high ratings and immediately regretted it. I was in the middle of moving into a new home, so this thing should have been working overtime. Instead, it barely works at all.Battery life is laughable. It consistently dies around the 20-minute mark, which means it doesn’t even finish a single room before limping back or just stopping altogether. The advertised runtime is pure fantasy.The so-called “home base” is another joke. It does not actually extract dirt or debris from the vacuum. The bin has to be removed and emptied by hand every time, which completely defeats the purpose of having a base station in the first place.Navigation is mediocre at best. It misses obvious areas, gets confused easily, and doesn’t clean in any logical or efficient pattern. Suction is weak, especially for pet hair and normal household debris.Bottom line: this robot vacuum is wildly overhyped, underpowered, and nowhere near worth the price. If you’re looking for something reliable, hands-off, or even remotely smart, keep shopping. I wish I had.
Works great! Mapped out each room, shows the map in the app. It did a great job with that, you can set no go zones, which is really great. It’s got an interactive voice. I really like that it empties the dirt automatically when it is done, it docks to the charging station and expels the dirt into a bag which has plenty of room for multiple days and weeks. There’s options for various types of cleaning, you can select from three strengths. It does also mop, though I haven’t run that yet but I’m guessing that works as good as the vacuum part. I bought this as an upgrade from a more basic, different brand, robot vacuum. The other one is good but I’m really glad I upgraded!
9/22/25 Update:Updating to 4 stars as the manufacturer reached out to me and offered to send a replacement unit. Will update post once I have tried out the new one.Previous review:Buyer beware: I know some reviews are positive and rave about this product. I wanted to have that experience myself. But, sadly, I couldn’t even setup this vacuum. The robot requires either a 2.4G or dual 2.4 and 5.0G wireless network. I have a dual band network. Even got with my ISO and had them split them into 2 dedicated 2.4 and 5.0G networks. Didn’t matter. I could never connect the robot in the app even while on the 2.4G network as it requires. It would always fail to pair at 85%. The worst part? There’s no way to contact the manufacturer. They have a crappy half-assed “technical support” form for you to fill out on the app. They didn’t even take the time to spell and grammar check the form. No phone number to contact. They also give an email. I submitted a request to all and never heard a word back. I googled the issue and saw others running into the same problem. I packaged this thing back up and sent it right back. Hate I missed out on prime day for this crap.
I absolutely love my Lefant M2 robot vacuum. Honestly… I don’t vacuum anymore.I have a cat named Subaru, and like most cats, he leaves fur everywhere. The Lefant M2 handles it really well and keeps the floors clean without me having to think about it.Now I just let it run and it takes care of the daily mess — pet hair, dust, and all the little things that seem to show up on the floor. It gets under furniture easily and does a surprisingly thorough job.It’s also quieter than I expected. Subaru watched it carefully the first few times, but now he barely pays attention to it.For me, it’s been one of those purchases that actually changed my routine. The floors stay clean and I don’t have to vacuum anymore, which is pretty great.
I’ve had it for less than two months and loved this product up to the point it stopped self emptying. I’ve troubleshoot this item for days and nothings helped. I’ve taken the vacuum apart and cleaned it up. I cleaned the sensors and tried realigning it manually. Put in a new dust bag. I’ve even rebooted and disconnected the vacuum and reinstalled it to hard restart it. Still nothing. This was a amazing product but if it doesn’t self empty, that defeats the purpose of convenience :/Update: Sept 22,2025I absolutely love the Lefant vacuum and all of its features—it makes cleaning so much easier. Unfortunately, mine stopped working after a short time, which was extremely disappointing. However, customer service reached out right away and offered me a replacement since mine was defective. I really appreciate their prompt response and excellent service. I’ve updated my review because I’m now a very satisfied customer! Thank you so much!

Auction Closing Times

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Major undisclosed damage that significantly affects functionality or value
- Item arrives nonfunctional or dead on arrival (unless listed as untested, for parts, or salvage)
- Missing critical components necessary for basic operation that were not disclosed in the listing
- Counterfeit items or items materially different from the listing description
The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
- Minor cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, scuffs, or signs of prior handling
- Damaged, worn, or missing retail packaging
- Compatibility issues with buyer equipment, software, or intended use
- Missing non-essential accessories, manuals, inserts, cables, or packaging materials unless specifically stated in the listing

Sales Tax
All orders are subject to the 6% Michigan sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must have a current tax-exempt certificate on file before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Failure to Pay or Remove Items
Korting reserves the right to charge a 15% non-refundable restocking fee for items not paid for and picked up within seven days of the auction closing. Such items will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Korting. Korting may resell any abandoned or forfeited items.
