A good quality tank for a reasonable price. The seller is quite responsive. Be aware that this tank does not come with push-type fittings. It has JACO fittings included. If you want to install it with the much easier John Guest or push-type fittings, you'll need to provide them.

Overall this is a great tank. I did have some trouble with the valve, but John was awesome and sent me a replacement which seemed to do the trick. I used plumbers putty and a lot of teflon tape and got the valve to stop leaking... after talking to an R/O person, apparently it's common to have to use these to get a good seal under the kind of pressure these tanks have.I love the capacity. No, you're not getting 11 gallons, as a good portion of the tank needs to be used to build the air pressure, but it's SO much better than the standard 3.5 or 5 gallon tanks. I have a big 2 gallon water jug I use when I go camping and I can fill it up to the top now.This 11 gallon tank fits under my sink, but it takes up a lot more room than my last one - I was prepared for this and am OK with it, just an FYI.

Going from a 4 gallon tank to this 11 gallon tank is an obvious upgrade on its own. The tank comes with a nice stand and some hardware. I am happy with everything except the hardware.No matter what I tried, there was a leak. First, there was a leak coming out of the area you thread the valve into what I’ll call the main nut that goes over the top of the tank. I read previous reviews and saw that many others mentioned issues with the hardware and leaks. So, I tried a lot of teflon tape. Still leaked. I did some research and came across Blue Monster Pipe Thread Sealant. Turns out I had some which was great. Applied it and solved that issue. Then a new leak formed where the tubing is inserted. Again, applied the BM Sealant and problem solved. Then a leak appeared from the nut that secures the red shut off valve. It was then that I realized I needed to invest in some new hardware.I stopped at a local plumbing store and got some great suggestions as well as a shopping list. The items they recommended are shown in my second picture:1.) Blue Monster PTFE Thread Tape2.) 1/4” Brass Hose Barb3.) 3/8” ClampThese three items solved my issue 100%. No leaks whatsoever.I was skeptical because doing this would eliminate a shut off, so I just added a shut off between the lines.Hope this helps anyone having issues with their hardware.

Works great, feeding 2 ice makers and a whole family that goes though a lot RO water, never ran out of water and always plenty of pressure to feed everything. I also have iSpring water filters and RO system, they have all been quality products.Only down side after little over 2 years of use, the plastic adapter at the bottom of the tank cracked and was leaking for a few days before I discovered it and was rather upset to say the least. Reason for 4 star and not 5 as I would hope it would have lasted longer. They have since updated and improved their design so the new tanks going forward don't have this same problem, unfortunately I had the over version.Called iSpring, Michele was super friendly and helpful. She listened to my issue and was able to find the replacement part I needed as I tried to describe it to her over the phone. They shipped it out right away and took care of me. Great customer service and glad to see a company that stands behind their products.

I ordered this 11 gallon storage tank because with my current tank I constantly ran out of filtered water and would always have to wait for a while for the tank to fill up. Now I never run out.When I first received the new tank and connected it up I used Teflon tape at both fittings and I got leaks. I tightened the fittings too tight and broke the valve off inside the large tank fitting. I called iSpring and Sean sent me the replacement fittings. Within a few days I had them, added more Teflon tape, carefully tightened the fittings and it worked well with no leaks.

Box was fine but item came with a big dent. Where's the quality control?

I purchased this to replace my existing RO tank, after receiving an outrageous quote from a local water company.This tank had the right amount of capacity, great price and straight forward installation instructions. After unpacking the box and supplied parts, it appeared to me the quick connect fittings sent were for a 3/8" water line and mine was 1/4". I called their customer service number and the call was answered on the second ring! A very helpful gentleman named Sean listened to my situation, provided a straight forward solution and sent me the needed adapters free of charge. Upon arrival I had the system assembled in no time! This company has excellent customer service and a product that is easy to install, even for a novice like myself.

Had an old 4.4 gallon RO tank that the bladder failed in. It was too small anyway - I was always running out of RO water. Bought this and now have plenty of clean water. The only problem was the metal fitting/valve for the hose. I could not get it to not leak where the two pieces of it screw into each other, no matter how much thread tape or putty I used. I replaced it with a one-piece plastic one I bought on Amazon and... no more leaks. Still giving this 5 starts though because it was cheap for its size and works great.

El tamaño del tanque me encanta, funciona a la perfección para almacenar una buena cantidad de agua (11 galones), pero tiene un problema que desde mi perspectiva es demasiado importante como para dejarlo pasar: el conector del tanque al resto del sistema RO que aparece en la foto; por tratarse de un reductor de 1” a 1/4 es sumamente frágil por la mera presión del agua, en mi caso duró 2 años y un día de pronto se rompió aunque el tanque nunca se ha movido de lugar; el enorme problema es que en ningún lado se encuentra la pieza de refacción, ni buscando por la marca, ni en tiendas especializadas, ni en las grandes ferrererías, ni en amazon ni en las tiendas por internet chinas. Si bien, comprando distintas piezas y armando una solución a modo se arregla el problema, lo cierto es que sale muy caro y se requiere de usar piezas distintas a las del plástico tradicional de los sistemas RO. Dado que no es una pieza estandar, sugeriría ver otras marcas que si puedan garantizar reparaciones a futuro

We have gross well water that goes thought a triple tank filter system before hitting our 6 stage RO drinking water... it's so awful even after the 3 tank filters that if we ran out of RO water, we just didn't drink or cook with water until it replenished. Enter this tank. We have never ran out of RO water, with 6 adult sized humans, 3 large breed dogs and 2 cats that get RO water, and all the cooking and coffee and whatnot that's needed every day. Our undersink area isn't huge and it wouldn't fit standing up, but after confirming with the company that it was ok to do, we laid it on it's side and we've had zero leaks or pressure problems in 1.5 years.

the thread where the ball valve screws on was stripped on arrival, amazon wanted me to just send it back but that seemed stupid to me as I needed it right away because my tank had somehow burst the bladder and was not working. I got a hold of iSpring and they are sending me a new tube. But again they would not over night the part so its been a week and still waiting for it. In frustration I took it to work and my mechanic did a re-thread and used some sealer and put it back together for me so it works now. Couldn't wait for the part. Plastic parts look pretty cheap, tank its self works and I now have more water compared to my old 2 gal. tank.

This is a great tank for osmosis water storage but it is definitely not 11 gallons I can barely fill 2 15 L jugs other than that great little deal
