I would have loved to have shared photos, but my house is in no shape for it. Starting at the packaging. The box had a handle, the heater had hard and soft foam on both sides, and the middle had a sheet of air tubes (kind of like bubble wrap) covering both front and back. The wheels were easy to install and the heater also had a handle for easy mobility. Setting up the app and connecting it to the heater was really easy. The most important thing is that was putting out heat from the moment that I plugged it in and was at a default of 85 degrees (F). Depending on the temperature setting, you won't feel the full heat if you're back about 10-25 from it. But you can tell that there's a noticeable difference in room temperature when it's on.

What a relief to have a space heater that doesn’t make a racket or emit loud clicks every time the thermostat relays hits a limit. This makes a light clicking sound as it powers on but then is completely silent until it is powered off. The metal contracts at that point and makes some small sounds, but that’s physics. You won’t be bothered by this heater as it’s operating. Well. . .one minor issue is the power light. Even with the light panel turned off it’s still going to be bright in a dark bedroom. That panel gets hot, 124F by my measurements. I’m not sure what I will do to dim it this winter. Maybe a dime?I didn’t wall mount it, but I put it as close to a wall as the castors would allow. The area directly behind the heater rose to about 105F. A framed painting 3 feet above got to about 94 degrees, which probably wouldn’t affect the wood—but I keep the heater a bit farther from the wall now. If you’ve ever used a radiator-style heater you know how hot the top gets. This is, of course, much the same. Again: physics.I made a foolish mistake when I tried to verify it was working properly. It is rated at 1500 watts but as you see, my meter measured only 1324 watts at full power. That’s because a heavy load draws down the voltage in my 55-year-old house; there’s nothing wrong with the heater. I mention this for all you other geeks with Kill-A-Watt meters—don’t make the same mistake.Now that I have solar panels I hate to run my noisy forced air gas system. This is the best space heater I’ve found and I highly recommend it.

Was disappointed that this heater doesn’t blow out the air into room like a cheaper model (different brand) I bought at Home Depot. Yes, heat comes out but it’s like putting your hand over a 3-wick candle… you feel the heat but it’s not blowing into room -think of it as a radiator. Which is fine if you got a lot of heat from it. Checked it all over and there is no control on app or remote control to correct. Says it for a large space and the cheaper one is putting way more heat out. I have used highest setting “boost” and not enough heat. Would not recommend or ever buy again.

These heaters are great for small rooms... We got 3 of them (2 small rooms and one large room), and they work perfectly in the smaller rooms. It keeps the room warm, and being able to control the temperature from the App is great. The devices have a built-in temperature sensor, where the device stops when it reaches the recommended temperature and comes on again when it is needed to.The device does not work as well in the larger room. It struggles to warm it up, and I have to supplement with an additional warmer. Overall, this is a great device and provides a great solution for the smaller spaces that you have.

This heater works great. Heats up fast. Covers a large room

This is a great heater and is working very well. The best thing I like about it is the ability to set run times in the app. I’m glad I chose this one!

Great for spaces that just need some extra heat. We have a small space that’s about 200 sq ft and it heats very nicely with no problems. Super quiet and it can be mounted onto the wall so it’s out of the way. Haven’t gotten an electric bill so I’m not sure how efficient it is

Very efficient device. Very quiet at night, warms fast, remote control and app provide a lot of modular options such as scheduling on and off. Other than the device itself can be hot to the touch, no issues. The heater warms a large room quite fast based on 3 settings chosen.Depending on whether it is cold or extremely cold outside the set temperature will be felt to a greater or lesser degree but still warm. Good buy.

I cannot emphasize enough how great this heater is. We were trying to find a heater that doesn’t increase our electricity bill significantly, but can still warm up the place, since our heating cannot do much. This heater takes 15minutes to heat up the entire place and even after turning off, the heat stays for at least a couple of hours. It has different modes and a remote, so it’s very convenient and easy to use. It’s small and doesn’t take up much space, but also can be mounted to the wall.Just amazing!!

Fantastic space heater. It is a slow process to get the temperature up but it has worked so well in heating our space without the need of hot air blowing

Easy to install. Hangs on the wall not taking up floor space. Looks good. So far, heats well. Would recommend
