I got this hand massager because my fingers hurt from typing all day. After using it for a few weeks, I can say it really works. The heat warms up fast and stays warm the whole time. Other massagers I tried before would cool down too soon.The squeezing part feels like someone is pressing around your hand and fingers. It doesn't hurt, but you can tell it's doing something. I started on the lowest setting first. Now I use a medium level most nights while I watch TV.One thing I wish I knew before buying... this thing is bigger than the pictures show. It weighs about 3 pounds. It takes up space on my desk. That's not a huge problem, but just know it's not small. Also, my wife has smaller hands and she said it felt too loose on her. The squeeze didn't work as well because there was extra room inside.The battery lasts pretty long. I can use it four or five times before I need to charge it again. Each time I use it for about 15 minutes. There's a red button on the back that lets you take your hand out fast if you need to.After three weeks, my hands feel much better in the morning. They're not as stiff or sore. I would tell others to buy this if they type a lot or if their hands get tired. Just remember it's a big device. You won't be able to carry it around easily.

Terrible. Would not charge using provided USB wire. Tried another USB, which would charge for 15 seconds then shut off. I bought as a gift and by the time my mom admitted to me that it isn’t working, the return window was closed. GARBAGE, do not order!

This thing was awesome and provided me with so much relief until it just stopped working. It still vibrates but the compression function, which is the most important part of this device, has just stopped working. It is just over the return window. Super disappointed

The battery life could have been better but overall its a win-win product.
