It is an excellent food warmer, its battery is durable, and very easy to heat.
Good lunch box, you don’t need the more expensive one. Comes with an insulated carrier bag and eating utilities and 1 stainless steel food container to store/heat up your food in.As long as you remember to charge the unit and preprogram it and turn it on, it will start to warm your food up 2 hrs before your lunch time up to 220°Once you preprogram it, it saves your settings.You can also warm your food up when it’s plugged in and can manually heat up your food if you forget to turn it on but it will take some time for it to get hot.
POS do t buy it. Only worked once then every other time it went into a fault mode and had to drain the battery then recharge it and then it would do the same thing. It ended up along the road somewhere in ND. POS save your money.
Love this lunchbox for my husband. BUT some days even after I've checked the settings, it doesn't heat his food up. Other days his food is hot. I don't know what's going on, but it's annoying.
Works great. Meal is ready and hot when I need it. Wish the battery lasted longer and came with more than on container.
I bought this for my son who works out in the field as a plumber and was tired of sandwiches and cold salads! He said it works great warms up his food right on time and uses about half the battery per use. Glad I purchased this
It works ok.The bad: battery doesn't last through the heating phase.I set my food that is going from thawing overnight in fridge, set my eating time for 6 hours later. Temperature of 185. By the time I went to eat it, the battery was dead and the food was room temperature.The box fits into the bag like a glove, but that also makes it hard to take out.Charging cable is a barrel cable so if you ever lose it. It'll be hard to replace.The good:If you are reheating a small amount of food, maybe half the size of the container, it should work for you.
So did up getting two of these the one did not even last a month before it stopped holding a charge, would say it was fully charged and when my husband would go for lunch it would be cold and box at 5 percent. Second one last two months end up doing exact same thing. Worked perfectly when battery lasted and worked properly.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Major undisclosed damage that significantly affects functionality or value
- Item arrives nonfunctional or dead on arrival (unless listed as untested, for parts, or salvage)
- Missing critical components necessary for basic operation that were not disclosed in the listing
- Counterfeit items or items materially different from the listing description
The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
- Minor cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, scuffs, or signs of prior handling
- Damaged, worn, or missing retail packaging
- Compatibility issues with buyer equipment, software, or intended use
- Missing non-essential accessories, manuals, inserts, cables, or packaging materials unless specifically stated in the listing

Sales Tax
All orders are subject to the 6% Michigan sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must have a current tax-exempt certificate on file before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Failure to Pay or Remove Items
Korting reserves the right to charge a 15% non-refundable restocking fee for items not paid for and picked up within seven days of the auction closing. Such items will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Korting. Korting may resell any abandoned or forfeited items.
