I got this regulator to make soda water and other carbonated drinks.It was a breeze to set up and work flawlessly but it developed a periodic leak at the purge valve, annoying but nothing was dangerous or mission critical.I contacted the seller and Lori replied to my request for help the same day. She helped me through the troubleshooting process and sent out replacement parts immediately when needed.Can't ask for more from a seller.Definitely will buy again from this seller.

Just hooked this brand new regulator up to my newly filled tank and the the cylinder pressure gauge is not working. The tank was just filled and I can hear the C02 going into the keg. Its going back for a replacement. If that one works I'll up date my review.Updating to 5 star. They shipped a new regulator, and I received it the next day. Hooked it up and all gauges are working.

Received this regulator 2 days ago and immediately connected it to my home Cornelius keg system. So far it does not seem to be holding the pressure that I set it at. I’ve checked it 2 days in a row and it’s losing about 5lbs of pressure from where I set it.. I will continue to monitor a few more days before I contact the seller.UPDATE - regulator now seems to be holding the setting. Seller also sent a message offering to make things right if needed. I am updating my rating to 5 stars... good product and good customer service!

In homebrewing: I bought this as a cheap regulator to accomplish tasks like clearing sanitizer out of kegs, pushing cleaner through tap-lines, and maybe one day... closed container beer transfers. (I didn't want to deal with pulling and disconnecting the main tank i use in my keezer just to accomplish these goals. First it is a pain. Second, going in and out of the cooler a lot causes condensation which i eventually need to deal with.)This thing works fine and arrives ready to seal effectively to a standard kegerator co2 tank. It comes with a spare sealing gasket which is thoughtful. So far, while toying with it i find the controls are not very sensitive... great for achieving my goals or maybe for achieving that 3 minute force carbonation process. I'm not sure i trust the accuracy of the gauges beyond basic stuff. I mean... I would not want to try to dial it in to within 1psi of a target pressure.But though a good bit more fiddley than my taprite gauge it's also a TON cheaper, so good product for the price.Thanks Ferroday!

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Amazon Prime's out-of-warranty return policy, which has seriously shaken my confidence in their service.In late July, I purchased a FERRODAY Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator for my beer kegerator, eagerly anticipating using it. However, it wasn't until September that I discovered it was defective from the outset.Despite my efforts to request a replacement and even leaving a review, I was met with silence. When I finally connected with customer service in India, I was shocked to receive nothing but a reiteration of their policy, with no genuine assistance provided.What was even more bewildering was the suggestion to "basically just to pound salt, and take it." While the initial cost of the product was not substantial, the genuine concern lies in the complete lack of accountability from both Amazon and FERRODAY for a product that clearly failed.This experience has prompted me to reassess my online shopping needs and reconsider my relationship with Amazon. It has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal, illustrating a disturbing disregard for customer satisfaction that I can no longer ignore. As consumers, we deserve better support and accountability from the brands we choose to trust.

Purchased this back in January of 2020. I use it on a separate CO2 tank that I use when I clean my beer lines. So basically, when I'm done I shut off the tank valve and bleed the pressure down. The last couple of times when I've charged the line the tank supply gauge (0-3000 psi on the left side of the unit) has stuck on zero and I've had to give it a couple of sharp raps with a screwdriver handle to get it to read.Once it reads it's been fine, and when I bleed off the pressure when I'm done it returns to zero. The Amazon advert says "Lifetime service" so I've reached out to the seller to see if I can get a new gauge. I won't bother to send this back for repair, a new gauge is less than shipping.When I did leave this attached and charged when I first received it I didn't notice any regulator creep. I returned another vendor's regulator for just that reason.I'll post again after the vendor responds.Update - 2/16/2021 - Fastest customer service I've seen in a long time. Responded within 12 hours, asked for a picture of the unit for their records. I uploaded the picture the next day and had another response within 12 hours. They're shipping me an entirely new regulator, expected arrival 20 Feb. Superb service. I'll go out of my way to check their product list first before I purchase elsewhere.Update - 2/20/2021 - Gauge arrived on the 18th. Connected to my CO2 tank and left pressurized for 48 hours. No appreciable creep, very stable. I'll probably buy another gauge and keep my original regulator as a spare. They appear to use Loctite or similar as a thread sealer, I had to put the unit in a vise and use my 10" adjustable to remove the old gauge. I couldn't be happier, especially at this pricepoint.

The regulator that came with the beer kegerator finally died. It was never that great. This replacement is a marked improvement over the one that I was using for years. Adjustments are very precise and easy to make. I like that you can shut off the main co2 tank but leave the pressure to the keg open to monitor. I have not lost any CO2 with this regulator. My rebuilt kegerator is new again!

I am using this excellent Ferroday regulator to produce carbonated water. I also purchased a Carbonation Cap (ASIN B01K4GGYT0) also made by Ferroday. This regulator is very solidly built and it took only a few minutes to setup. Use one of the two provided nylon washers to attach it to the tank. High pressure dial tells how much CO2 is left in the tank. Low pressure dial allow to set up an output pressure. Set-up output regulator to the output pressure needed between 0 and 60 psi. I first had difficulty to setup pressure higher than 30 psi on the output regulator, until I figured out that there is a locking nut underneath it that allows to lock in pressure you use often. Releasing the lock nut allowed me to set up a higher output pressure. It was easy to set up and now I have unlimited carbonated water at my disposal.
