Oh my goodness....10 STARS for me!! This shaper is the truth. At first, I was thinking that I ordered the wrong size and boy was I wrong. The Waist offers back support, comfortable and snatches you right where you need to be snatched...you hear me!?! I'm sitting up so straight...chile. Honestly, I didn't think that it was possible. There's 5 ribs in place that keep you erect.The only downside is that it needs just tad bit more length. I really like it gives you that snatch you are looking for with good back support. I would not wear it on the treadmill or an elliptical due to the restriction it causes with your core but I did some lifting with it and really liked it as a light lifting belt (I would not use it by itself for powerlifting because it’s not that strong) I did find the size I bought was a bit short for my torso as I’m 5’11 but that’s on me because I did not measure length. You might be able to size down as well due to how stretchy the elastics are. I will say the Velcro can be itchy at times but that’s easily fixed with an undershirt

I purchased a small size. No odor noted. The product is firm and well-built. I believe it will best benefit someone who just gave birth, had surgery, and maybe for exercise. It was easy to put on.I purchased it for beauty purposes, for when I wear dresses or professional wear. It is bulky in front, which defeats the purpose. So I returned it. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

Product is amazing. I watched a video about the sizes cuz I wasn't for sure. I added 2X x fits fine but I think I could have went with a 1X to be more snugged but this will do fine for right now. It does give you curves and stays in place very stretchy material. I had to watch the video on how to put it on because at first I was getting frustrated because the velcro cup rubbing my skin until I watched the video very comfortable. I do recommend us

I Love this waist trainer. In the chart it says I'm an XL but I bought a L and it fits perfectly. I have a medical condition where I have to wear a compres6belt belt because I get inflammation and it works I can breath and walk comfortably. It fits nice and sleek, it covers my entire stomach. It adjusts to an even tighter fit because the belt is very stretchy. Great buy . I could have even went for a size M

Bought this after I had my baby to help slim me back down some and get my curves back. It is very stretchy and adjustable. It does squeeze you really good. I started getting my curves back pretty much instantly. I also use this when I'm outside sweating to help. There's no odor. I would recommend putting a high waist pair of pants or some small t-shirt underneath because the velcro can irritate your stomach somewhat. Or you could do like me and just sort of buff through it. It's easy to use for the most part until the velcro sticks to other pieces you have to make sure that you have it facing the right way. When I sweat it doesn't leak everywhere or drip down me it holds everything in place so when I release and open the trainer back open it's immediate relief and Air. It does its job and isn't a weird cheap material. Is very sturdy. It also works with your posture. Since I got a little more chunky after having my baby it definitely holds everything where it needs to be and helps my back be a little bit straighter. You can use this when you're cooking cleaning walking running any of the sort. Sitting down can be a little difficult if you have a short torso like me but you just have to adjust it to what's comfortable

Very nice, might have needed a size smaller because the lower band seems a bit too loose too soon. Not sure how people workout in it though. Maybe when on the stairmaster or treadmill but certainly not while lifting or doing other cardio.
