Took this with the first bite of a possible cross contamination more than once now and it works great. No gluten reaction. No digestion issues.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. My favorite pizza place makes its own fresh dough; it tastes so good, but it was killing me. This was my last hope, and boy, did it work. No uncomfortable bloating or pain after words. Yay!!!

GLAD to have found this!!!I am NOT "celiac" but when it was discovered I now have an allergic reaction to wheat/gluten, I had tested as "borderline celiac". It was bad. I was miserable. After a few months of a strictly gluten free diet, I was able to "cheat" and eat a little now and then and not react like I was poisoned or blow up a visible inch or two... but soon I was cheating more and more often until it was daily and I needed help. I tried "GLUTEN EASE" and thought it was wonderful... but after a while it was letting me down (and it's expensive). So I supplemented it with a Gluten Digest product from "NOW" brands and it did the trick! In fact I learned it worked better by itself than with the Gluten Ease product. So I started taking the "NOW" brand for awhile. Again, after a time it started letting me down. So I tried this. This works great!! It's cheaper too! -- And it helps my husband with his dairy/digestive issues too!Now, I'm assuming that like the other 2 products, I'll abuse the "cheat" enough for this product to stop working so well too - it could perhaps happen - might happen to you too. BUT, until that day, I think this product is a real FIND and the price is so much better than "Gluten Ease". (I also like that it comes packaged in a way to make it easy to put it in my purse and just pop one out when I need it if I'm eating away from home).I totally recommend you try this if your situation sounds similar to mine. (I have yet to find a gluten free bread that is worth eating! So I will "cheat" as long as possible!)PS - If you have a gluten allergy, you have my full sympathy -- it's in pretty much everything good and super hard to live without if you love food like I do. One tip to help make it easier for you, purchase the SCHAR brand of gluten free pasta - it's awesome, and you (and everyone else) will think it's regular pasta from the taste, texture and how to cook it. I have acne breakouts for over 24 hours when I consume dairy products. Without dairy, I’m acne free. This is because of a protein called casein found in milk produced by mammals. To my knowledge I don’t have any sensitivity to gluten. But. The enzymes in certain gluten digestive capsules work to break down casein too, so my test for these is to eat a piece of cheese and observe. I took 2 gluten cutter capsules and ate a slice of deli cheese. I only had one minor spot show up overnight on my chin and a few on my back. This is comparable to my reaction when taking 1 of the extra strength name brand standard (rhymes with gluten-sneeze). Nice to know there is a lower priced alternative that works just as good for my condition. I do like my cheese!

I was excited to try these, and they worked so I got carried away and took them several times a day for nearly a week, rediscovering all the foods that I gave up for a year. Then, I ended up getting a bad migraine (I rarely get migraines). But when I use them sparlingly, I have no issues.

Im extremely sensitive to gluten...the stmptoms shows up 12 hours after eating it and symptoms can last 4-7 days includidng brain fog, small joint pain, and stomach ache. I haven't cheated for 18 months but was invited to an event focused around desserts and thought id try this. I took 2 pills before eating the equivalent of 4 desserts and dinner roll (yum!) and 2 pills towards the end of the evening. These pills have magnesium so taking a dose so high pretty much guaranteed diarrhea and severe abdominal cramping which occurred late the following morning. The brain fog, systemic inflammation, and stomach pain while still there was about 60% less and faded quicker. I dont think I'll use again as the side effects of gluten were still present. But if you HAVE to consume, it may modify some of the effects.

As expected, does the job for someone we had over for a week and is allergic to gluten. Just was surprised that I bought from Amazon.ca and it came from the U.S..... So was stopped and opened at customs and took a long time to arrive.
