I love my Empower weighted vest! It’s comfortable, fits well, and doesn’t feel bulky. I use it for walking and even wear it around the house while doing chores. As a full-busted woman, I appreciate that it fits comfortably and stays in place. The weight is evenly distributed, and I can move easily while wearing it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quality weighted vest.

I love this 8lb weighted vest, the size is perfect, not too large and it sits nicely on your body. I love the X design, it does not rub under your arms like other vests. Smooth and comfortable neoprene fabric. The weight is evenly distributed throughout the vest. Both straps are adjustable, anyone in your family can use, it is easy to get on and off. There is no smell to this vest. I previously purchased another vest and the smell was terrible even after leaving outside for a week, I had to return. Adds intensity to your workout, I highly recommend this vest.

Fits perfectly. Stays in place. I love that you can remove and/or add the weights. This allows you to customize the weights based on a specific activity. I thought the price was competitive as well.

I'd been using a weighted vest for over a year, and I use a 16 lb one. The one I had been using was a standard one that had 1 clip at the chest. It was never comfortable to wear (in fact I had to wear it upside down to make it not painful, making the pockets useless but I didn't really need those anyway), and the weights traveled and bunched in places making it more uncomfortable.I considered many other vests when trying to find one that was more comfortable and eventually settled on this one. It IS much more comfortable for me and the weights seem stable where they are and balanced. Unfortunately, it's hard to get on over the head, and then also hard to take off just because of how heavy it is. The straps are also annoying...they get twisted and it's hard to untwist them, and I spend more time than I'd like trying to figure out which strap goes where and making sure they are straight, even after using it daily for more than a week. But once it's on, it feels secure and doesn't restrict movement, so I think the annoyances are worth it.

I really enjoy this vest. I thought the lavender scented pouch was odd but then I felt it kept me calm & balanced while jogging, so I left it in.I like the freedom of movement in this as others have the clasps across the chest and some up high- like a life jacket. I don’t feel it’s bulky at all. It’s super easy to adjust and to add/subtract weight. I wear it 6-7 days a week while I jog 3-4 miles and to do core exercises. I’ve had no issues with leakage or anything else. Straps are easy to adjust. Definitely would recommend this weighted vest.Wish we could add heavier weights to it (maybe we can and I just do not know!)I started with the vest and no extra weight. Quickly, within a day added a pound both front and back. About a week later, added another pound both front/back. I’ve been holding off on adding the remaining 2 pounds but will likely tomorrow!It’s comfortable enough to wear all day in house, doing chores, whatever. Not cumbersome at all.

I love this vest. Once you adjust the sides tightening it if it’s so perfectly. I like that there is a spot I want to put my keys in my phone. I can walk hands-free and get a great workout.

This is comfortable to wear. It fits well over my chest and does not get in the way of swinging/moving my arms.

Good quality. I didn't end up keeping because I didn't like having to pull it over the top of my head but I think if that's not an issue for you it's a really well made product.

I have never had a weighted vest before so was not sure what to expect. I am happy to say that the Empower vest is great! Has adjusted to my body resulting in a comfortable fit. Weight is evenly distrubuted. I only use it for walking. I am 7' 10", not sure how it would be on someone very short or tall. However, for me it is perfect.

I love my weighted vest. It is helping burn a few more calories as I walk or exercise, and I have noticed my posture is getting a little better.

What a great product! I have tried several weighted vests and while I do find them useful when weight training I have never found one that I could use for walking, jogging, hiking or even around the house comfortably. I am a small woman, 5'1' and 125lbs (muscular) and I can actually adjust this vest to go too small!!! I can walk, jog and hike comfortably with no crazy weighted bounce happening.With the combination of the intelligent design plus the weight being so evenly distributed, it just melds into your body with no feeling of actually carrying a foreign object on your person (no pressure on the shoulders or back) and if you adjust it correctly, no movement or "rug burn" on your waist lol.It doesn't hang too low (just a little lower than the picture if you are a shorty like me, no worries about it bruising your hips) and it also doesn't rub against the inner arms or armpits, i.e. it doesn't have any of the issues that most of the other vests have, it is truly made for comfort...for me, this one sits on the body and functions like a dream.**I would love to see this same design made in a higher weight!**
