Use all the time, love that it is 2 side

Excellent dual sided cutting board. I don't use the steel side too much since that will of course throw my knives quicker but the plastic side comes into use all the time. Very solid

It took a little getting used to, to cut and slice on a metal surface, but once I got over that mental hurdle everything was fine.The biggest advantage to the titanium is that it's light years ahead on safety. Wood cutting boards are a bacteria hotel (unfortunately) and plastic ones are only a little better. But the titanium cleans and can be sanitized with ease, and more importantly, it will still be sanitized after hundreds (thousands?) of uses.

These cutting boards are top tier!!! I bought new knives to go along with the beauty of these cutting boards and was in my kitchen like I was a chef!!! Move over Gordon Ramsey, the spirit of Julia Childs is coming through!!! 😂 I kid, but I am also incredibly serious! I have been upgrading my kitchen with new appliances, dishes, cookware and such and these are beautiful and so easy to clean. They are big enough for me to cut up big pieces of meat such as rack of lamb or even tri tip or cubing chuck roasts and they are also of a size that is perfect for cutting veggies without worrying about them falling off the counter while you’re cutting things. The slip resistance is awesome and I would recommend these to anyone!

This is a good cutting board. It is light weight and washed well when hand washed. I thought that both sides would have been the titanium finish instead of just the one side. The other side is made of a heavy plastic type material. Overall I am happy with the cutting board.

I’ve never used a titanium cutting board, before this one. This cutting board is pretty awesome. On one side, it’s titanium that is great for meat. The titanium side cleans well, but it does leave fingerprints easily when it’s clean and dry.The other side is a plastic material that is slightly textured, that is great for vegetables and fruits. This side also cleans easily.The rubber edge that goes around it, is probably my favorite part of the cutting board. It keeps the cutting board from sliding when cutting anything.The cutting board has a nice look and I’m just keeping it out on my stove. I like the way it looks.

I'm generally a sucker for certain hardwood cutting boards, namely those from boos. But boos blocks also need a serious amount of TLC to prevent cracking, splintering, breaking. I have to treat each board with food grade mineral oil as well as unbleached beeswax for a week or two before I even use them. Which makes this a practical board for quick jobs.The distinction between this board and the pricey hardwood boards is that this has a titanium cutting surface on one side, and a food-grade hybrid material on the other side. Which is a blend of both polypropylene (PP) and Korean balloon flower. I did notice one reviewer docked their rating of the product one star because they assumed the cutting board would be titanium on both sides. But the product pictures and details both are pretty clear that one side is a platycodon (balloon flower) PP (polypropylene) material. So even a brief glance at the images or product info would let someone know that it's not metal on both sides.The size and weight make it practical for small, quick jobs. Basically if I just need to dice a small onion, and don't want to go through the motions of using one of my larger cutting blocks. But what does make this a useful cutting board is that the titanium is non-porous and antibacterial by nature. The reason why I do a mineral oil treatment on my new wooden cutting boards every night for two weeks before a final beeswax treatment and actually using them, is to create a barrier that effectively keeps out moisture and bacteria from the ingredients I cut. So you have peace of mind that the board is clean, but can also just pop it into the dishwasher (something you obviously can't do with natural wood cutting boards).The price matches what you get. It's a decent cutting board, for what it costs. Most of my boos blocks run $100 to $299 on average. So it's not a bad deal. The outer box is sort of plain, not terribly fancy. But someone would still appreciate this as a gift. Whether it be just a regular present for someone who enjoys cooking, or someone who recently moved into a new place. So far so good, I can recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly cutting board.

Absolutely love this! I was looking for a non-plastic option that did not weigh a ton. This fit the bill perfectly. It's a great size for my chopping needs. Easy to store as it isn't too thick, and it works great. The wheat straw and the stainless steel both seem to be awesome quality. I've used it a couple times now, and honestly, I am extremely pleased. Would definitely buy again.
