Bought 2 units for Valentines Day! I love the brush and so does my wife. The bristles are soft and the action cleans very well. So far the brush charges daily without problems. If you want a high quality economical brush this is a great buy!

I'm writing this after using this for a couple weeks at this point. The brush works pretty well and the brush heads have the right level of firmness. The charge has kept until now so the battery feels like it's good as well.The only flaw I see is that the brush head is just too... Hollow. Sometimes when the brush is in the mouth and pointed downwards, the toothpaste will leak through the head on to the handle. This has never happened to me with other electric brushes.

I replace my Phillips electric toothbrushes. This one cleans much better and I can control control it on each tooth and it pauses the vibration so you know when to work on a different section in your mouth. Also, it has three levels of Cleaning, which is ideal.

Horrible support.I got an electric toothbrush a few months ago and I really liked the product. Since I travel often for work, I decided to get another toothbrush to take on my trips.I received it a few weeks ago, and when I opened it, it didn’t work at all. I tried charging it overnight, tried using the charger from my first toothbrush, and not even the charging light turned on. I tried contacting the support team, but the only option available was by phone. The menu to choose between English or Spanish doesn’t work—no matter how many times I press the keypad, it just keeps repeating the options until the call ends by asking if it was helpful. It’s so frustrating.I gave up trying to contact support and returned the second toothbrush to get a replacement that would hopefully work. I spent my free time going to Whole Foods, waited in line, and finally managed to return it. When I received my third toothbrush, it didn’t work either! Of course, the support phone system still didn’t work…It’s just ridiculous that I can’t get any assistance after having problems with this product twice in a row.

This is a high quality toothbrush. It works perfectly and I highly recommend it.

Sleek, easy to use, and I love that it has different settings so you can choose the intensity. It also automatically turns off if it senses you’re brushing too hard.

It did not work, I had to wait half a month to get it and now I have placed a return and till date it’s been another 20 days and I haven’t received my refund yet. Very frustrating experience.
