Absolutely stunning!These truly look better in person. They are actually larger than they look in the pictures, they are a great size .I found the glass shades a little tricky to put together, only because I was so worried about breaking the glass but they are quite durable and didn’t take long.The brass hardware is nice and solid and has some decent weight to them.The inner glass cylinder is frosted the outer glass shade is crystal clear they are held in place by three brass rods with threads on each end. Being very careful not to over tighten the outside screw cap.I would recommend putting them together completely before mounting them on the wall, I think it would be really tricky to put them together once on the wall. I would have a second person holding them while the other person is installing the wiring.They are very elegant and expensive looking, they would look beautiful in a modern decor.Price seems to be appropriate, a good value for a well made product

Although these are "supposed" to be bathroom sconces and hardwired in, I got lamp wires with a plug, dimmer switches, and rewired them to plug in to an outlet and put them on the wall over our nightstands. They look great there and work very well with an E12 dimmer bulb so you can go from very bright to just enough light to see by. It was easy to put together and attach. The size and simplicity of them works even better. I'm really happy with these lights and the price was good.

These sconces are a fantastic price for a set of two! They are a nice deep brushed gold finish, not bright gold, more of an antique gold tone. They require assembly, and the instructions are clear, but it helps if you are experienced. I would say these are moderate level of difficulty because the two layers of glass shades require some patience to line up and assemble. The provided cotton gloves are meant to keep your finger prints off, but I found them too slippery to use during assembly. Have a towel or cushion under the light and take your time so you don't break the glass, and don't over tighten the screws. Once assembled, the fixtures are very chic, modern, attractive, and on-trend. They can be mounted up or down. Very pleased with these beautiful sconces.
