the package arrived three days early and i installed it right away. installation was relatively easy for this handicapped 78-year-old. i made an adjustment to the installation after the first night after using the rail the first night. quality product, heavy duty parts.

Works great, brother is a carpenter and had to make additional changes to it to make it solid. to the floor by adding wood and screws . Without the additional changes it would would move when grabbing it. Now it does not move.

We clearly got a returned item, as it was missing the side handle, but we didn't need that part so we kept it.It was easy enough to put together, and does the job.

Very sturdy, easy to install and gives my husband support when getting out of bed.

At first we didn’t have it positioned well on the bed and it didn’t work but then we moved it up to closer to the pillow and now my mom can get out of bed on her own. It’s sturdy and holds its position well.

This has been a great help to me, especially after total reverse shoulder replacement. Helped me get out of bed easy, not so big as to get in the way of getting up.

The hospital PT healthcare worker suggested I get a bed rail to help me get in and out of bed after a MAJOR back surgery. I chose this one and I’m so glad I did. It’s very stable because of the 2 legs that brace the rail on the floor, plus theres a section that goes between the mattress and box springs!!! Not only does it make it easier to get in and out of bed, the cushioned circular grab bar makes it so much easier to adjust your position while in bed!!!!! Worth every penny!!!!!!

Purchased this for my elderly father to help get in and out of his bed. Works great and was easy for my step mom to install. Great quality and value fpr the money.

The top of our box spring is 12" from the floor, mattress is 14" thick and foam topper 3". The unit fits very securely and the legs add to the stability. My wife (not very tall) has slipped in the past while getting into and out of bed. This unit gives her something to hold onto. Does not get in her way while sleeping and is useful when turning. Easy to assemble and install, the instructions are in the pouch or can be viewed on line. Great product.

This stand is very sturdy which is important, as I have no desire to end up in the hospital again :)I love the added side pocket, which is a great place to hold necessities at arms reach, like pain medications and my cell phone.I’ve search around and most stands are over priced. This stand is among the adorable, and does what it needs to do!

So far this rail has been really helpful while I'm recovering. Easy for hubby to set up and slides easily under the mattress. The only (minor) downside is that the strap it came with which you use to secure it to the frame is not long enough for our king bed, but it's no big deal as we found another use for it.

I highly recommend viewing the two videos connected with the images for this product availabe on Amazon. They go into the features and do a stellar job illustrating assembling this product. I almost thought the product came without instructions until halfway through the assembly I found the instructions in the little black bag LOL. I couldn't figure out the strap for a while until I viewed the second video which shows the strap going through two brackets on the part of the frame that slides between the mattress and box spring. The strap appears to wrap around the boxspring to keep the frame from moving. I made the mistake of assembling the legs on the wrong end of the frame and after I finished assembly I found the part that slides under the mattress was too high for the bed and I had to switch the legs around. Other than that it is a good quality product; sturdy and doesn't take up too much space on my 103 year old Mother's bed.

I had hip surgery a few days ago. The worst part of the exercises was getting on and off the bed to lay flat.This rail has helped dramatically and reduced the anxiety of hurting myself during the transition.
