As part of my journey to finally clear my decades-long struggle with "chicken skin" and clogged follicles, I tried the expensive CeraVe SA body wash, but it just didn't live up to the price for me. I switched to using this Neutrogena Grapefruit wash as a full body wash in the shower, and I’m never going back.​It has the same 2% Salicylic Acid, but the lather is much thicker and it leaves my skin feeling much cleaner for a fraction of the cost. I use this every single day to make sure my pores stay open and aren't being clogged by regular bar soaps. While this wash doesn't "cure" the bumps on its own, it is the perfect preparation for my 40% and 60% Urea creams. It keeps my skin clear so the stronger treatments can really get in there and work. If you're looking for a solid SA wash that actually feels like it’s cleaning your skin without breaking the bank, this is it.

This product is good, it does dry my face so get a moisturizer after washing your face. I would recommend this to you if you have stubborn acne and dark spots and it smells great

I don’t suffer from acne or any type of skin condition but every so often I get an undesired pimple in my chin and this product keeps the imperfections at bae, the skin feels refresh and clean with every use. I keep it in my shower and use it in the neck, chest and shoulders just in case. It’s has been a repurchase for years

• My Skin Type: Oily, very oily skin.• Why I Bought It: I was looking for a product to help me control excess shine and oil on my face.• My Experience: At first, I thought it was working well because my skin felt very clean. However, after washing my face, I noticed a tight and dry feeling. My skin felt rough and a bit irritated, as if the soap was too strong.• The Good:• Cleanses the skin deeply.• The Bad:• It's too harsh.• It dries out the skin, leaving it feeling tight and rough.• It might not be suitable for sensitive or delicate skin.• My Conclusion:This soap could be useful for extremely oily skin, but I don't recommend it if you have delicate skin or are looking for a product that isn't drying. In my case, even though it controlled the oil, I didn't like the tight and dry effect. I feel like it makes my skin produce even more oil afterward to compensate.
