I am very satisfied with the product; the concern is in the packaging. The product is a gummies and they had started to melt due to the extreme heat. Just a good idea to keep this in mind when ordering products that might be prone to this.

Now, normally anything classed as 'supplement' I treat with the utmost suspicion. The whole health food industry is rife with snake-oil.This does however offer me some benefits. Stress and anxiety can play havoc with my sleep patterns and this does seem to help in getting over and staying over.I don't take it regularly, just when I feel the need, so yeah - it works for me and may work for you. Just don't expect miracles!

I love this product but this time around the gummies were wet inside the bottle! They are not allowing for returns which is very unfortunate considering I order this regularly and it is not normal.
