I’ve had this for a while now. Works well.Much easier to clean - and stays cleaner - than other fountains I’ve had in the past. Holds a lot of water. Cat likes it.

I was upset because I ordered the wrong one. Thought I ordered the one with a motion sensor and rechargeable battery, my fault.I set it up for a couple of mins just to try it out. My 2 cats came over and drank from it. It’s the most water I ever seen them drink in 1 sitting. They love drinking from the sink so this is perfect for them.My husky even wanted to try it out. He approved too. Guess, I’ll keep it.Worth the price. Love that it’s ceramic so I don’t have to worry about plastic leeching into their water. Water stays cold. It has a gap between the plate and bowl so water goes through easily and there’s no spillage. Super quiet too. Can’t hear it at all.

The motor stopped working after one week. It isn't even dirty yet. I followed all the troubleshooting and nothing worked.When I called Amazon for a replacement, it can't be done. This is due to PawsPik's policy. Not very happy with the company or product. I have bought cheap fountains that still work. This was expensive. It shouldn't be non-working after one week.

This is a great fountain! I've had other fountains in the past of similar styles that suffer from design flaws with the spout and underside attachment for the pump, but this fountain simplifies that design to a certain extent - the pump attached to a silicone tube on the underside and stays there snugly, with no clips needed. All the parts are fully sealed/glazed ceramic, which makes it truly dishwasher safe and won't harbor bacteria like plastic. The indicator light (which turns from blue to red with low water) actually works, too! It's a nice touch. The spout can be a little tricky to clean, but you can use a straw cleaning brush to get up in it and scrub it out prior to sanitization in hot water or the dishwasher.My cats - especially a picky one that likes to drink from the faucet - actually use this fountain, which is not a guarantee. My only complaint - and this is known going in - is that it has no battery, so you're a little limited where you can place the fountain in terms of proximity to an outlet.

My cats were getting bad chin acne from plastic water and food bowls so decided to shift away from them. Steel works well but gets water stains that are annoying to get out. Ceramic seems to be a good alternative.This fountain works as well as any other, no louder or quieter. It has a few more moving parts to assemble as there is a plastic under side that the filter sits in. Despite being ceramic I haven't had any durability issues with chips or anythingThe only complaint is that the light doesn't do much and no viewing window makes it hard to gauge water level.

I put this fountain in the corner of the kitchen and my cat went from casual sipper to full-time hydration influencer overnight.
