I ordered a similar HD foam without the memory foam layer for my recliner (bad back). It was a bit too stiff and provided too much support. This Gel-infused foam is the ticket. It's firm, but the gel layer allows it to mold slightly to your body.Would recommend for others with back issues.

I got this memory foam mat for a little extra padding for my bed. I put it on my bed under my sheet before I went sleep and let me tell you....it was a game changer. I actually did sleep so much better!!! On my mattress, it isn't as soft as I would like. I hurt my shoulder a few months ago (getting older) I'm summing it up to be..lol. And the nights sleeping on my mattress hasn't been so kind when sleeping on my one side of my hurt shoulder. After I put this memory foam pad down, I kid you not, I actually did sleep better!!! What a nice change because the past couple months haven't been so kind. I am so glad I took a chance on this pad.The material of the pad is definitely well made. After I got off of it after sleeping on it several times, it goes right back to it's original shape. There is no indention where I lied down on it.I will definitely be taking this foam pad with me where ever I sleep....when I go camping, on vacation, or anywhere. What a nice change to be able to sleep good. And I can just roll it up and take it anywhere. And it doesn't take up a tremendous amount of room. And if it did take up a lot of room, so what!?! That is priceless compared to me being able to sleep soundly. I LOVE IT!!
