First let me say there is a considerable difference in size L to XL so if you have a big dog and don't know which go with, go with XL for comfort.My "old" dog has developed a nerve degeneration issue that has been slowly paralyzing his rear legs (eventually it will be everything) so he is now using a doggie cart for mobility outside. The rest of the time he lays in his bed most of the day.Part of the nerve issue also includes him having an accidents in the house ranging from little excitement dribble and full blown puddles.We tried disposable wraps but because he drags his rear-end/legs around when he moves inside (still thinks the mail man is the world biggest threat) it would pull off his .... and then he would became the puddle pirate again (and get it all over himself too).These wraps have been a life changer for him.The quality is top notch. Very well made. They fit so much better and cover more then the disposables do.At first I would use both (he can urinate a lot) but found that these hold up so well that was redundant.They hold A LOT.They are pretty much leak proof, though nothing will be 100%. Never had any side leakage, but one day I was admittedly out way longer then expected (all day into late night) and he peed so much through the day that the wrap was a little soggy with some seepage. But again that was less the wrap and more me not changing it frequently enough that day.There is a cleaning instructions link printed on the bag, and I have been following them and it works great. Additionally I spray bleach on the "pad" and wash them in hot water with 2/3 cup bleach added to wash (machine) water and they come out like new. No fading on the outside (I have the black).Please keep in mind, just like a baby in diapers, your pup will start getting a rash from the urine so I always put some medical powder on the wrap "pad" before putting on him and that seems to help.Again these have giving my best friend a little more dignity and longer quality life, I highly recommend them!

I have a Cavelier that I LOVE but he just wants to mark in the house. These are wonderful!! They are thick enough to catch his mess. The Velcro is a Serious feature that holds the pad on securely. He hated getting these on at first cause i think the velcro noise scared him but now he is OK. I have popped them in and out of wash several times with no issues. Very well made and useful.

I just adopted a male dog. They said he was potty trained, however we found out he isn't . I ordered this straps. They work great! My dog is small and the small was just right. They fit nicely and absorbed well. I even ordered more. They are machine washable and dryable.

We have an 18 year old chihuahua that is mostly incontinent. These wraps have been a blessing. They wash easily and are very easy to use. Good quality and very absorbent.They even come with an extender.

These have been a lifesaver for us.Our “granddog” is 14 years old and has recently started having accidents in the house, and we just put down new rugs, so we were getting a little nervous. These belly bands have worked extremely well to protect our floors and give us peace of mind.They fit great not too tight, not too loose and most importantly, the dog doesn’t seem to mind wearing them at all. That was a big concern for us, but he’s been very comfortable in them, even wearing them for extended periods.They are also easy to clean and reuse, which makes them a practical and cost-effective option compared to disposable ones.If you have an older dog dealing with accidents, I would absolutely recommend these. They’ve made a big difference in our home.The included extenders also helped us get a better fit, which was a huge plus.

Love the patterns and they feel high-quality, I also appreciate that the inside is white so you can see if they've done anything. However had to return because as other reviews noted, this does run small. I believe the measurements listed are WITH the one provided extender, not without. For comparison I have a belly band from another brand on Amazon, Paw Legend, which fit fine and could be comfortably tightened to about half the velcro's length (not all the way though). The Pet Parents one barely connected, leaving way too much exposed velcro (which does get caught on carpets, blankets, etc.). Oddly enough I bought the diaper version in M as well and that fit fine.For comparison, this is what each brand listed, and I preferred the slightly larger fit of Paw Legend which technically should have been smaller:Paw Legend M 15"-17"Pet Parents M 16"-20"(definitely couldn't fit 20" comfortably without either using the extender or barely connecting the velcro, leaving way too much clingy velcro exposed).

Worked wonderfully for a small poodle, has enough Velcro that you can adjust as needed! Help my elderly parents and their elderly dog!

Solved problem of having to clean up dog marking regularly.

Works great, the few times he did pee in it, it held the urine and didn’t make him wet. Washes and dries well.The XL dive we got came with an extension piece which was great, he alga’s a very small waist but lots of fur. Easy to put on, he get a tasty treat when it goes on him so he has learned to stand up when he hears the Velcro. Great product.

Good product. My dog is large so I added extra Velcro and it fits perfectly.
