Works great on the big bottles. Never had an issue with them. Been reordering them for a few years now.

So my son snapped the plastic pump part by using the spout to try to push the dispenser down. Good lesson in levers but lousy for he pump. Replacement was easy with a pair of needle nose plyers. Just pulled the broken piece out and inserted the new one and done. Perfect fit no problems. Just have to make sure the plastic pump is set firmly in the metal top.

This was the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon! This part does NOT fit Moen 3910 as the advertisement says. I purchased it anyway, even though other feedback said similar things. I originally went on Moen's website to get clarification on the correct part number for my 3910 dispenser, but their customer service email system was not working. Then I attempted to call them on the telephone, but didn't want to wait on hold for the 2 HOURS they said it was the expected backlog. I figured I might as well order the pump and see if I could make it work, anyway. The pump not only did not fit the dispenser head, but my particular unit came deformed- it looks like the body got caught in the automated assembly machine and when the cap was installed, it jammed on the lip of the body and deformed both the threads and cap, leaving the interface deformed. The top portion of the pump was way too large to fit into the dispenser and removing it rendered the pump useless in my situation. I decided to see if the inner mechanism could be scavenged for repair parts for my broken pump, but that turned out to be a failed endeavor as the two pumps had a different internal diameter. Not even the springs or valves were the same. I read other posts where this replacement pump failed in short order after installation and I could see why. The new design is cheap compared to the old one, and the working seal on the new one is just an integrated molded lip on the plastic plunger. The old pump actually has an o-ring seal, which would be much more durable. I'm certain that the new pump would have failed in short order compared to the original, had it fit in the first place. My final assessment: 1) doesn't fit 2) cheap construction 3) poorly designed 4) NOT RECOMMENDED

We were frustrated trying to pump the liquid soap through our dispenser. Thought it was the soap viscosity, or the orifice was plugged up. Labored over trying to troubleshoot to no avail. No obvious breakage but somehow there was an air leak or something so pumping action wouldn't deliver the soap. Finally replaced the pump assembly with this 139221 on our Moen 3914SL (Aberdeen Collection) and it's pumping fine once again!*EDIT: Review amended from 5-stars to 1-star because it only lasted 6 months and failed. Return window closed 1 month after purchase. Disappointing.

I can't really say it's going to be sturdy long term I've read the reviews and feel like this might be only the first time I have to purchase this item. I have a Moen Aberdeen which is a product that isn't made anymore by Moen and of course it's going to be really difficult to find the pump mechanism for the soap dispenser. However I received the product and it worked just fine. if you're wondering about what the Aberdeen looks like because this took me a while too since I did not install it in my home it was there when I bought it. It is a dark bronze color with a pull down sprayer. The soap dispenser itself is round and has a straight nozzle not the bent one.

I can't blame the vendor, it may be a Moen problem, but this was not a direct replacement for the old unit. The pumping shaft was larger so I had to enlarge the pump head socket. Then the total diameter was too large to fit in the reservoir so I had to remove enough material from the shaft to make it fit. In the end it does work but was a lot of trouble to install.

I didn't have to use this since I found the original "straw" down inside the soap bottle but it would have worked fine although it was a little long. I could have cut it though.

Correctly fits the soap dispenser in my Moen Chateau kitchen faucet (Model # 7439). Had to use a needle-nosed plier to GENTLY twist the head into place as there's almost no room to hold the top bit to tighten into place. Had to also cut the tube length a bit - kept the old one to measure and cut.If it helps: Got a pdf from Moen's site (download by model no.) to make sure this was the right part for my faucet.

Perfect replacement. Exact as original except tube about 1.5 inches longer and easily cut to same length as original.Works great and way cheaper than a complete replacement.

Only worked briefly, now doesn’t work at all

My pump unit for the tap set I have is no longer available. I had to shorten the pickup tube slightly. It works fine.

Very simple to install this replacement part. No need to purchase an entire soap dispenser.
