I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how easy this cold therapy wand is to use, and how easy it has been to incorporate it into my routine. The wand feels well made, has multiple intensity levels and a clear timer, and the gentle warmth it gives off is relaxing. After using it consistently for a couple of weeks, I’ve noticed some subtle improvement in muscle tension and joint stiffness. It is nothing dramatic, and it didn't happen overnight, but there is noticeable change. I appreciate the included conductive gel, and I think it adds to the therapeutic benefits of a session.My biggest complaint is with the stand as it is not easy to balance with the wand in place, so I just hold the wand. Battery life has been solid and I like the convenience of it being cordless. I'm not sure if the benefits come from the light itself, the warmth, or placebo effect, but it has been a nice addition to the tool bag.

I’m not really sure if these things work, but it does feel warm. But wouldn’t warmth make your muscles feel better, too? I don’t know. But this seems to work well for what it is. It is extremely bright, so you do need to protect your eyes. It’s not heavy at all, so it’s easily portable. The stand is a joke and garbage. It’s easy to use, and easy to travel with, actually. It’s just – I’m not sure if it actually does anything. But hey, if your mind is eased by using it and thinking something is happening, then it’s worth it, right?

So I went into this product with a bit of skepticism as I'm not really sure how I feel about the concept of red light therapy in general. It just seems a bit silly that pointing a bright red light at a part of your body could have any particular effect on pain. That being said, while the results may be psychosomatic, I will say I was pleasantly surprised that this device does appear to actually help relieve my knee pain a bit after extended use.I used the product daily on just one of my knees (both hurt due to excessive bending at the knees because of a back injury) so I'd have a pretty solid comparison of whether it not it was doing anything, and yeah, the left knee I've been using it on does feel a bit less painful overall. Now, I'm not going to say it's a complete cure that totally removed the pain, but it does definitely appear to help, so for that, the product does what it says. I simply used it at max power for the 5 minutes it shows once a day for several weeks. It's easy enough to just hold it up to my knee, and of course, you need to wear the glasses.Now, the reason I'm giving this a 4 star rating isn't because of the device itself, the device works as advertised as far as I can tell, so I do recommend getting it if you're on the fence about trying it out. I'm giving this particular package a 4 star rating because the stand that comes with it is absolutely useless. Like, I don't know how you could possibly set up this flimsy stand in a way that it would hold the device up to any part of your body! It's tiny, weak, and falls over under the weight of the unit unless you have the unit all the way up to the middle of the stand, as shown in the picture...at which point the stand gets in the way of whatever body part you're trying to point the unit at. Just get the version without the stand.

This is an extremely bright cold laser therapy wand. It comes with glasses and you will need them - it is BRIGHT. save your eyeballs, kids! I am skeptical about stuff like this but I wanted to go into it with an open mind. I've been having some persistent knee pain that hits harder on some days than others. I used this wand with the conductive gel. I could not get the stand to work at all so that things' basically useless but since it's designed to be hand held, whatever. At least it's not super heavy so I could hold it up without issue. it's pleasantly warm the whole time - never uncomfortably hot or scary. I think it does offer some pain relief. It's hard to tell if it's just placebo effect, if it's just the warmth itself helping, or if I'm actually healing but whatever it is, I'll take it! It's so easy to use and it's small and portable. I could take it with me anywhere. It feels like a quality device overall [minus the stand!]

This is THE ONE you need. It includes everything you could ever need to get you started. Not only does it have the cold laser red light wand, it includes the stand, the conductive gel, and protective eyewear. The device is easy to use and incredibly effective.Having the stand made such a HUGE difference. You just need somewhere stable to place the stand while having it point in the direction you need it to. The battery life is pretty good and the device is easy to navigate. Overall, a wonderful set. I RECOMMEND.

Worked nicely! Have been using for a while now in our marathon training and I love how I feel after use. Very easy to use, charging is straightforward, and you can use the gel but it's not required. Would recommend!
