These tasted great and were so convenient. I only wish they were bigger bottles

I was looking for a new multivitamin to try, and these fit the bill.The Adult Gummy (green bottle) worked very well. They were good tasting and my bloodwork showed that it worked. I felt good and these seemed to help daily.The Omega Gummies (yellow) tasted good as well. They didn’t appear to work as well in the vitamin category (my numbers didn’t change much,) but nothing was negative.The Ashwaganda gummies (purple) tasted great too. It did make me feel a bit weird and didn’t agree with me, but that may be more personal than the gummy itself.Ultimately, they worked as expected. Not the best, but not the worst

This is my first time really trying out a broader system based approach to a health supplement. You basically get three different sets off supplements, with the first being a general multi-vitamin, followed by an Omega oil and vitamin C combination, and finally an ashwagandha supplement to help you relax and de-stress. So let's get into it!Pros -Starting off, I was really impressed with the packaging and the way this arrived. As mentioned, think of this as a complementary health supplement system. You're starting off with the multi-vitamins which basically helps fill any holes in your diet. The vitamin C and omega oils helps with overall heart health, and the calming mix helps with your body being able to relax. What I really liked as well was that the gummies all are super tasty, there wasn't any level of dread when taking these! I also liked the gift they gave you, with the pill holder as it's super well made! Finally, I felt like the oils and ashwagandha did have a more pronounced impact on my day versus the multi-vitamin, but generally saw benefit from each, and it's helped me stay healthy during flu season, so will gladly take it!Cons -I think the only con as I see it is around the number of servings per set, as I wish they'd give you maybe 20 or 25 days per bottle. All the same this is more of a personal preference I feel and not something significant.Final Verdict -For the price, I do feel like you're getting a good quality product here, and I do feel that the approach of having a few things at the same time does work well as far as getting your body onto a good path. I feel that this has helped with keeping me healthy and happy, and I especially found the ashwagandha gummies to be good at night after work to help cool down more naturally. Overall, would highly recommend!

I will start by saying I can’t find info on the certifying body that verifies the seller’s claims of what vitamins/minerals/etc are in each gummy. These are from China and imported by America and Canada. In the US there are a few reliable entities that verify manufacturers claims, but unsure how it works for China. So, understand that they may not contain what they say they contain.My pack had Ashwagandha, Omea3-6-9, and Adult gummies. Serving size for each is 2 per day, with 15 total servings of each. The Ashwagandha is a little more harsh tasting, but not unpalatable to myself. Number one ingredient is glucose syrup followed by sugar. The Omega gummies taste really good to me, primary ingredients are Maltitol syrup and maltitol. The Adult Gummies were also very good tasting with a little more of a fruity taste compared to the Omega one. Primary ingredients were also Maltitol syrup and Maltitol.Overall at $32.99 this seems fairly expensive for a product that will only last 15 days and can’t be verified by a reputable US company for quality control. Even if it was USP marked that’s still a high price for what you’re getting. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The first thing I noticed about this item is the presentation. Some times buying supplements on Amazon result in cheap looking bottles that make me question what's really inside them. This package boasts very high presentation. Very professional. Very impressed.I normally spend time breaking down all of the ingredients that I value in gummies like this. I'm skipping it this time simply because there are so many in all 3 of the included bottles. If you're looking at these, chances are you already know what you want in that regard. I'll summarize by saying I think these present a great range of benefits from the vitimins and minerals included here.For the taste, I love 2 of them but can't stomach the 3rd personally. The Omega and Adult Gummies taste fantastic! I look forward to taking them each day. However, the Ashwagandha Gummies were hard for me to take. We really like the ashwagandha the best. Sometimes it’s difficult to know if your vitamins are actually working, but we can tell that the ashwagandha is so we feel confident the others are as well.They taste good, and a welcomed addition to our daily routine.
