We have been using these for extra energy for over 3 years! We love the gummies and the flavors. They are great while hiking, biking, and even golfing! They are easy to carry in your pocket and don't melt on get hard for days if you keep in folded closed package.

Mmmmm delicious energy chews.A friend introduced these to me on a long hike. They tasted great, had ingredients I felt OK putting in my body, gave us an extra boost of energy on a long mountain climb, and were just fun to eat - colorful, perfect texture of chewiness, etc. Delightful. During a long strenuous work-out, it's a fun snack that delivers some helpful sugar while making you feel like a kid chomping on candy.The one problem I had with these was my own doing. I bought these, of course, to enhance my performance in arduous work-outs.But they are so delicious that one night, I ate half of them while watching TV.I felt great shame, and I haven't admitted it until just now. I feel so much better telling you.For those with normal levels of self-restraint and no candy addictions, these are a great buy and highly recommended.But if you're working out to lose weight, have struggles with food, have a sweet tooth, and might be tempted to eat these when you're not working out, these might not be for you. As a self-admitted snacker tempted by candy, I threw away all sugars and sweets when I started a work-out regimen. I bought these to help with my performance, but yes, I truly did eat them as a snack. So much shame. But true. So please just be aware that if having candy around your house is a trigger, you may not want these around. The sugar in them might be great when you're working out, but it's not so great when you're sitting at home snacking.Bottom line, they work well and they taste great - that's a good thing for most of us, but just be aware the deliciousness will be a drawback for some.

Love this brand and flavor. Will continue to purchase. The only issue i keep having is the box continuously comes smashed and sometimes is missing a bag but amazon always makes it right

I ordered these for a half marathon. After the third mile, popped one in every mile. They were easy to digest and had a nice taste. Not overly sweet. It doesn’t say specifically but it’s about 10 per package, so each chew is roughly 16 calories. I probably should have brought two packets with me for the race. The downside is that they dont fit nicely in the small gel pockets of certain running shorts, but not a deal breaker for me. Would likely buy again

If you're serious about your lifting, WODs, or athletics in general, then this is a great quick snack. I carry a couple dozen of these little guys in my WOD bag. They're good enough to give a quick pick-up, and they are not heavy or overpowering so it's easy to chew, swallow, and hit the gym.The only reason I didn't give these 5/5 is because they're a bit expensive for not completely blowing my mind. My magical marathon treats;). I use gels because one gel swoop covers my 45 minutes to one hour of nutritional need. However these little gems … I pop in one for every five kilometer in my training or marathon (sort of a “reward”). Excellent trick, excellent treat!
