It came in 3 days everything well packaged and with all the plastics and covers, I bought a refurbished the stand had very minimal scratches but the screen and even the back brand new monitor looks amazing great colors and the dark stabilizer level 1 best option for it to look good on games that are very dark suggestion if you get it download the software from Dell called Alienware command center so yoy keep it up to date and customize it to your liking also it does a pixel refresh every 4 hours to avoid any issues with the image I don’t get to play that much sonwhat I do is every time I end my game session I do it manually that way I avoid running into that mid game I would definitely recommend as here it was for me $800 plus tax way better than the $1,200 best buy is charging also better than the $898.99 that dell charges in their site package was well protected and it came in 3 days so very fast and I am located in texas get it before you don’t find it and have to buy it somewhere at regular price. Also last picture is compared to my secondary monitor which is the one I used to use is an Asus 32 inch 1440p 165hz Alienware is the one on the left and Asus is the one on the right ,you can see how this oled one looks way better and better black and no reflection. good monitor company i bought it from sold me a refurbished one and tried to sell it as new. Caused an absurd amount of headache

So far this is the only monitor that plays warzone 4K 120hz on PS5, from my experience alone and I've tried only a few other monitors and was only able to get 1440P 120hz. Flawless monitor with an Amazing picture of bright colors and legitimately true Black. Excellent price at refurbished value no damages when received from seller. Limited capability when connecting an external headphone amplifier.

Out of the box, the monitor performs wonderfully. On SDR the presets are nearly perfect as well as the color calibration. Although it has a fan - active cooling - it does not start unless temps get too high and then it is pretty quiet. The only trouble is with HDR. While it allows for 1000 nits mode, SDR content in that mode, especially white background windows, are too dark. Additionally there are no controls for brightness nor contrast in HDR 1000, so the user is forced to configure these setting in the OS. The contrast in HDR is lower and needs corrections from the video card. For Nvidia contrast +72% (from 50%) seems optimal. Once adjusted, games and movies look amazing in HDR 1000. For desktop mode Custom Color HDR does the trick, but also needs video card contrast adjustment (72% from 50%). Dolby Vision overall is great for TVs, but on a monitor in a dark room it will actually add a tad of background light, making it look like an LED - therefore not recommending to use Dolby Vision.

I was very worried about buying electronics that have been refurbished. I have put a ton of playing time on the monitor to ensure it is good to go before the 90 day warranty is gone and it has been perfect! I love the monitor.

This monitor seems to be very prone to screen defects. There are multiple reports of these screen issues online. Indeed mine had one that I didn’t notice, or it didn’t develop, until the 4th month of ownership. It looks like a smudge. But, it won’t clean off. It’s burnt into the screen. I contacted Dell directly first, who has proceeded to annoyingly ask for information over and over again since October with no resolution. Amazon wouldn’t cover it because it was sold by G-Overstock. G-Overstock wouldn’t cover it because it was out of their 90 day warranty period. I spent a lot of money for a product that developed a defect and it looks like I have no recourse. Very frustrating.
