Easily one of the best pre workouts for the price. This formula gives the pump and energy you need for an intense and effective workout. It kicks in fast and it mixes well with no clumps. This preworkout comes in a variety of flavors with my favorite being gummy worm. The price is great and it does goes on sale quite often which is a perfect time to restock. Highly recommend.

So, I had been super loyal to another brand of pre-workout until a gym rat co-worker of mine suggested this pre to me. She said it was fantastic and that I NEEDED to try the gummy worm flavor. I, skeptical yet optimistic, first gawked at the price tag (nearly double the price of my usual pre) then closed my eyes and ordered it. The reviews were too good to ignore... After all, who doesn't love a good pump?So, I get this stuff in the mail and heed her warning to start out with a half scoop serving (in about 8oz water) over ice. I strongly recommend NOT using a full scoop of this stuff if you've never tried it before and you care about yourself. Drink half of what you've mixed, then sip on the rest once you start moving. Do NOT slam this stuff back like water. If you do, you will most likely feel DEEP regret, very quickly.Let me tell you, this stuff is DELICIOUS. Suspiciously tasty. I try not to think about the fact that this stuff is all chemicals. I need a turbo boost sometimes and when I drink this stuff, that's exactly what I get. It gives me that extra oomph to push through tough workouts. Also, makes me sweat like hell. I don't mind.Just a heads up: this stuff causes a niacin-flush sort of reaction when I drink it sometimes, depending on how close to a full serving I have. That essentially means you feel hot and... pleasantly itchy? Your hands itch, your scalp will itch. If you make any sudden movements or you are startled in any way, your whole body will itch at once. Hear what I'm saying... If you feel the itch, that means you need to stop what you're doing and go to the gym IMMEDIATELY if you're not already there- it's GO TIME.I failed to warn my boyfriend (who had also never tried this product) about the aforementioned reaction prior to him mixing an entire scoop in some water and chugging it before work. He said he took the pre and felt "disturbed" for the first half of the day. Poor guy was itching to his very soul and he had no idea why. He's not caffeine tolerant at all though, so that may have had something to do with it also. YMMV.

LIT is the best. Flavor is delicious, it keeps me focused, pumps me up, and helps me to weight train along with cardio and high intensity interval train for literally 2-5 hours. This is powerful stuff. This is a weird complaint, but this doesn’t make you crash which is good, but because there is absolutely no crash and this works so well, you may not be able to sleep at night. I sure as heck cannot. I feel like I can literally workout for 24 hours. Not all bodies react the same so it might only be me having this problem, but I personally strongly recommend taking this very early in the morning. If you take this after noon or 2 pm and you react very well or sensitively to pre workout like I do, then you ain’t sleeping. We will both be wide eyed staring at the ceiling ready to do jumping jacks at any moment..

Decent product, for sure gave me the tingles when using. Felt like prolonged use it lost its effect but stopped using for a week and it seemed to help like normal. Is a good pre workout to keep in rotation and one of the more delicious flavors

Over the years I've tried a lot of preworkouts. N.O. Explode, several Muscletechs, Evogen's Apeshit, ENGN, etc. I'm not very sensitive to the stim preworkouts, so I supplement with other items. This is, though, by far the best tasting, as others have stated. No question about that. I don't get the tingles and flush feeling like you can from others, but I get a good pump, good energy, no crash afterwards (huge positive factor in my opinion) and to aid in focus I mix in a scoop of the Beyond Raw Nootropics. I don't get the same feeling of wanting to slam weights around like a dope, making noises like a birthing rhino like I have on others, but I find I don't need that anymore, nor do I desire it. But I get in my zone for sure. I also add another scoop of l-citrulline and creatine HCL for further enhancement. I like that it's clinically dosed and not a bunch of made up garbage "patent-pending" compounds with made up names and shiny labels, but I know what my body likes and responds to so I supplement it. I would recommend Lit if you mentally get more out of a good pump than needing to feel your skin itch, but everyone is different. Another huge selling point for me is I can drink this at 830-845pm as I put my kids down for bed, hit the weights in my garage by 9, and work out HARD until 10 or sometimes even 1030, drink a shake, shower, and hit the sack quickly and not lay there until 2am with my eyes twitching like I would on other preworkouts.

Best pre workout out there in my opinion. I have tried many out there including Alani, Kaged, Optimum Nutrition and many others. I only need a half scoop compared to needing a whole scoop of the others. Gummy worm flavor is the best tasting. You feel like you can workout for long periods without burn out. No jitters post workout. Lasts all day for me.

I used to really like the strawberry lemonade and then my tastebuds must have changed. It was obnoxiously sour to me. The gummy worm is a mild drink with zero sour aftertaste. I’ve tried many preworkout formulas and always come back to this one. It works well for my needs. I usually workout for about an hour every morning on the stair climber. I toss a serving of this down as soon as I wake up and within minutes I feel a little tingle in my face which means it’s GO TIME. I don’t think this is too stimulating of a product, it doesn’t make me anxious or jittery. I find that my workouts are better because this helps to give me more endurance and focus than anything else.

Still good product been using it since it first came out.
