I have the 10 inch Oil rubbed bronze. It is beautiful, very well made and I love the finish. It's all metal. It was very well packed, and comes with lots of extra parts. The directions were very easy to follow and worked well. You do need an adjustable wrench, the wrench that comes with it doesn't all the nuts.It only took about 30 minutes to put intogether. I did have a small leak at first, in the middle of the extension rod, but I just had to tighten the thumb nut, just by hand, but pretty tight. Now everything is fine.The shower and the hand sprayer are great.One thing I wanted to mention is you should be aware the hand held sprayer is pretty high and might be a bit hard to reach if you are under about 5'4".I highly recommend it!

It's so refreshing to find a piece of equipment that is actually quality! This is a fantastic showerhead combo: seems to be very well made and works perfectly.The unit is probably the best packaged item I've ever bought from Amazon: well protected and included everything you need for install including tools. The instructions for install were very clear and easy to follow and G-Promise not only showed how to remove the 'flow restrictors' (if that is desired) but actually included a small roll of teflon tape and a couple extra rubber washers to positively eliminate any chance of leakage! A small gesture that's simply lacking in todays world but GREATLY appreciated!!!I only have 2 criticisms with this unit. The first is that the manifold (the portion that you attach directly to the water pipe coming out of your wall) is of such a design that the hand-held wand rests directly above the rainfall head which can, and it happened to me, result in that wand splashing water all over the place if you have the showerhead too close to the wand and turn it on before you remove it. That design feature isn't really evident in the pictures shown here but if you arrange the unit like what's shown in the main picture, it'll happen. That brings us to the next issue...The second criticism I have really isn't an issue with the unit itself, but the size of the rainfall head and the associated 'arm.' Having been down this road before, I think I can comfortably state that a 12" rainfall head is simply too large for most domestic shower water supplies. The piping in the walls simply isn't large enough to adequately supply the amount of water needed to really enjoy a head of this design properly. That being said, the 10" seems to be *much* better! Concurrently, the length of the 'arm' is way too long for a commonly sized shower. I understand the need for 'universality,' but the arm really could be shorter.All that being said, this unit still gets my highest recommendation!!! I cannot imagine anyone not being happy with this showerhead!

I just love the way this shower feels. If you like being naked in the rain, this is the perfect shower for you! All jokes aside, this looks really high quality and not super expensive. Since our water pressure at home is really good, the rainfall shower complements it. The hand held part is a plus and is a sturdy solid metal design. It's all very easy to use and easily cleans every knook and cranny.

Installation is easy if you have minimal experience with shower head installation, if you are a novice don't be discouraged it may take a little longer but you can do it and It will be worth your time. It will take a little patience and strong hands because you will need to tighten the fittings well and holding the shower head while winding it on the feed pipe could get tricky. The quality is really good, actually better than expected and once hooked up its a dream. Before you do anything take out or eliminate all the screens and restrictors, we aren't buying a unit like this to save water and the more flow the better. second use the plain washers everywhere they need to be according to the directions, wrap the treads a few times with the tape and nothing will leak. The adjustable feed line allows you to raise the shower head way up and if your shower has no height restriction its like a warm rain shower every time you use it. I have the 12 inch shower head and the water flow is perfect. I have city water and the pressure is whatever it is but its enough for us. The spray handle has more than enough pressure to hose off the shower stall in fact you really need to hang onto it or it could get away from you when switching the valve from shower head to hand held. I can't speak to its durability because I have only had it a week but like I said the quality seems very good. I absolutely don't know why I haven't had one of these sooner, I recommend it to everyone. All in all its a great investment.

Perfect pressure, great versatility, all around great product. After having it installed for some time in Oregon (really great water, conductivity is typically around 110 uhmos) it started to get hard water staining. Also, slowly drips from the nozzles for a few minutes after the water has turned off.

I love this shower set. I finally installed it and took my first shower with it. It's great. I thought I would share some info with prospective and new buyers:Purchasing Considerations:1. I strongly recommend purchasing the extender with the shower head. I don't think it would stick out far enough from the wall to resemble anything like rain otherwise.2. Check the clearance you have with any INWARD opening shower doors. You can see by my photos that there's just enough room for the door to clear the head. The articulated arm (extender) helps a lot with this.3. If you buy the extender, you WILL receive the non-extended diverter. When you receive it, just file it in your plumbing drawer or pitch it. You won't need it.Installation considerations:1. A crochet hook comes with the unit to remove the flow restrictors in the head and the hand-sprayer. It's weak and will bend if you apply too much pressure to remove the sand filters, retaining rings and restrictors. Just be patient and insert the hook on the crochet head to grab and pull everything out. Insert the head of the hood between the outside of the sand-filter washer and the inside of its housing, turn the hook and pull - it should come out. Then, insert the head of the hook THRU the little hole in the restrictor retaining ring. Pull it out. Then, insert the head of the hook so it grabs the "cross-hairs" of the restrictor. It can stick but will come out. Replace the sand-filter washer. Done.2. Lots of extra parts come with the unit. You won't use all of the parts you receive. Read the instructions FIRST and figure out what you really need.3. The instructions only indicate the use of teflon tape on the existing tube threads. Use it everywhere you have threads. You'll be glad you did.Post-install notes:1. While it's possible to turn the diverter to the "Off" position, I recommend just turning the shower off with the wall shower handle. If I go on vacation, I know the wall valve won't leak but I wouldn't trust the diverter valve. I'm no plumber.2. I found more water than usual going under the door wipe - probably due to the increased water flow. I keep a squeegee in the shower to clean the glass anyway, so a quick wipe and water outside the door is back inside.3. I initially had trouble with the switch on the hand sprayer. It finally moved and then never stuck again. Give it a little extra pressure and it works fine.I hope this helps someone out there. I know I appreciate helpful notes.

Installation was very easy and I didn’t need to hire anyone. It attached securely with no leaking at all.The water flow feels incredibly luxurious. It turns a regular shower into something that feels like a spa. Honestly, I don’t want to get out once I’m in. If you want an easy upgrade that makes a huge difference, this is it.

Arrived today & installed/used it already; this thing is INCREDIBLE. It's an easy install, comes with the Teflon tape and crappy little wrench [all the stuff you need, anyone can do it].The instructions show you how to remove the flow restrictor, which once you do, turns this thing into the experience you're looking for.So nice, I bought it twice!Post script,I took a weird close up picture of the side of the showerhead because I saw other reviews depicting poor weld quality/disbonding/ leaking. Mine looks pretty solid all the way around, but I'll update if it ever gives me any problems.

Great shower head - the hand shower is in a bit of an awkward position if you don't have huge ceiling clearance in the shower but it works great.

No leaks, easy install. Time will tell, but for now its really awesome!
